The unknowing truth

chapter 3

"wow I can't believe it jewels we are here and it is beautiful"

"it's perfect for the wedding" (starts to cry )

" Jewels are you ok? please tell me it's happy tears"

"Yes I think its happy tears I just never imagined to get married. I was never really that kind of girl"

" I know but here you are and we are going to celebrate it as much as we possibly can"

As we prepared to land I see the beautiful scenery and the next moment we land. I was so deep in thought that I did not realize the we started alighting as the plane came to a full stop me and jewels gather our luggage and start walking to the door. We were greeted with friendly faces with lei's (flower necklaces). I look over at jewels as she hops around in excitement and I just smile, I couldn't have asked for a better friend. After all the greetings this beautiful matt black mustang pulled up and the keys were handed to us it was amazing but something felt familiar and not in a good way.

we drove to the place were we are going to be staying when we arrived my breath hitched at the sight of the beautiful place where we were going to be living , suddenly I get this feeling like something is watching me it felt the same as when that thing followed me in the ally.

"earth to Lillie "

I was snapped back to reality

"sorry jewels I zoned out for a few minutes. Shall we go explore Novia (bride) "

" si mi nina" yes my girl)

This place is beautiful there is a open roof above us flowers hangs everywhere and the floral scent wakes up my senses and I feel at home.

"today we are just going to relax and soak up the sun. isn't that right Lillie"

(hours and hours passed)

Its about 9 pm and jewels just went to bed but I am once again restless so I decide to go outside to smell the fresh ocean air and listen to the sound of waves crashing against the water. I got the feeling of peace deep in my mind . * rustle rustle a bush behind her rustles*

I feel that feeling again. Something is looking at me and whatever it is, is extremely close to me. My breathing quickened and my heart races I didn't know what to do. I suddenly hear a soft wimper coming from the bush behind me it sounded like a dog but just deeper. I don't know if I should look in the bush or if I should just stand up and walk to the house as fast as possible. I am going to go in to the house it is probably already past 10 pm so I need to at least try to sleep.

I toss and turn for hours and when I look at the time I just give up as usual and I just get some coffee and take a walk as I admire the colors of the sky as the sun peek its head out and just get lost in time.

As I was walking I realised that I have been walking for about 2 hours so I turned around an headed back to our house with my thoughts running wild.

"BOO!!!!!!"

"HOLY !!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT JEWELS!!!"

"That reaction was hilarious Lillie. I wish I recorded that lol"

"You are so cruel but I must admit that was pretty funny lol"

I try to calm my heart rate before I get a heart attack. Me and Jewels walked around for hours exploring the island laughing and talking having the best time and I must say there are some beautiful things to see here, although I enjoyed it all I just couldn't shake that feeling of something watching me.

I don't know if it's me being paranoid or if something is in actual fact following me.

We had another adventure each day we enjoyed the week we had I loved every moment of it and now we are going to start planning the wedding.

"Jewels where should we begin with the planning"

" Jeez I don't even know! maybe we should start with the venue"

"well yeah that's a good idea lets look for a venue and maybe when we found the venue we can then decide what color, flowers and music should be used"

"yes, that is a very good idea Lilie"

Jewels and me searched for about 2 days and we went to the venues to check it out and eventually we found the most perfect venue that would blow the guest away. Its a beach view venue it serves classic sea food and has the most beautiful podium on the beach it is going to be perfect.

"okay jewels now for the color what do you think it should be?"

" what do you think about calypso blue."

" I love it. that is a wonderful idea and it fits perfectly with the island style."

After all the preparing it is finally the special day all the guest are here and her fiancé is making sure everything is ready and jewels looks beautiful in her wedding dress not classic but beautiful.

As she walks down the aisle all eyes on her some has tears of happiness and other expressions of disbelief and I couldn't be more proud and happy for her. After the ceremony everyone just socialized and ate cake and all that and I suddenly get the same feeling like there is eyes watching me closely with that uncomfortable feeling that feels familiar and suddenly I am snapped out of my thoughts when someone approached me. The feeling seems to get stronger the closer he gets to me and for a moment I think that this person is causing that feeling.

As guest start heading to their booked houses I start helping staff with the cleaning . Jewels and her newly wed husband headed to their room shortly after the ceremony so it was just me and the staff left so when we were done I just took a walk on the beach left alone with my deep and some dark thoughts that somehow managed to pop up for the first time in a long time the monsters that I try my best to keep locked up. I made my way up to my room and went to bed with absolutely no hope for a good nights rest.

It is now early in the morning and I am drinking my coffee while standing in the window looking out onto the beautiful beach.

a few hours later I packed all my things and prepared to go to the airport cause we are heading home tonight.

As I board the plane my eye catches my seat number and it is next to the guy that approached me yesterday and that uncomfortable feeling overwhelms me all at once and this guy looks right at me as if he knew exactly what was going on in my mind.

hi guys I know it may be boring and im sorry that it took me so long to bring out this chapter but these past few months were a bit busy and a few things happened so im sorry for taking so long but here it is and I hope you enjoy and that you are all doing wonderful.😉🙂
