Ive been studying for the past hour, and it's currently 11pm. For me it's the best time to study! Classes are now almost over and I'm itching to get out of that classroom. As always, I did my best to every test and I'm pretty confident about the grades I'm gonna get. After ten minutes I'm finally out and I'm going to eat at a restaurant with my friend Luna for lunch. She said she had a really good idea and had to share it with me while we're eating. She always has the weirdest ideas though.
"hi girl!! Omg I missed you we literally didn't see each other for so long!" Luna said excitingly.
"Luna the fuck are you talking about, we saw each other like two days ago?" I reply.
"okay but still, anyways I have great news girl , I found a website yesterday randomly. It's called "soulmates" you have to send your DNA to that company and it's gonna find the perfect match for you, basically your soulmate, omg isn't it super exciting?!!" Luna announces super energetically.
"Do you really believe that?? And Luna you know very well I'm not the dating kind of person, I had one person in my life and now he's gone and I'm very happy about it! And I have to study more than usual, we have a lot of exams this year." I say thinking about the tons of tests I have this week.
Luna is my childhood bestfriend, she's a year younger than me but actually has a lot more experiences than I do. Since my breakup with John ( my one year ex relationship) I've been focusing a lot on school, it's my way to cope with my feelings. Since then I've never had another relationship, not gonna lie my life has been pretty boring since John cheated on me then broke up.
You know the kind of relationship where you give your everything to someone but this person doesn't give their everything back? Well that's my life since I'm a child.
"Cmon girl you gotta take that test, it can literally change your life for good!!" Luna says looking straight into my eyes to catch my attention again, I didn't notice I was drifting away in my thoughts.

I've finally got home and I've been thinking about that DNA test during the drive home. Should I actually pay for a test that could « change my life for good » like Luna said or just completely ignore it and get back to studying?
