'BOOOOM!'

Is not the sound you expect to hear when you just wake up in the middle of an AU, even if this skeleton was Error, the God of Destruction.

The strings of battle ensue as loud crashes fill the dust plains of Outertales surface, the foes and defenders fiercely clashing with one another before Error is forcefully dragged up with a hard wince "Listen Error, Pal..I don't have much time to distract everybody. Lets put up one last hurrah." A light playful voice grinned from above as Error stared at the artist, the creator and protector of AUs, Ink. "A last hurrah?" Error groaned with some confusion as his face dripped with unconscious beads of pained sweat "No time to explain..Just follow along alright?" Ink shook slightly, "Sure hope you know what your about to do squid...!" Error huffed before he was dragged completely to his feet by the others outstanding physical strength, "Uhh..Maybe? I don't know honestly, just going off a whim?" Ink chuckled before the crashing became louder feeling the cracks and crevices split underneath them swiftly "?" Error blinked as the cracks significantly became bigger.

"Umm. Just so you know pal' this is completely not part of the plan-" Ink's socket twitched before the ground below completely tore itself apart "Fuck...! INKKKK!!!" Error screamed with anger as he began to fall towards the endless darkness beneath "I HAD NO IDEA THIS WOULD OCCURRRRRR!!!" Ink shouted as he whipped out his brush on instinct only to see it was missing, "Wha?" Ink hitched his breath as he looked at the ground above only to find a colourful skeleton "Enjoy the scenery mah skele-brah~! Say sorry to Error broski for mah, I still got some unfinished business here my Inkified skele-brah, Toodles~!" Fresh waved before Ink looked at the endless darkness that one could and will know in this AU as a direct way into the void, scenery his none existent ass! "FRESHHHHH!!!!""FRESSHHHH!!" Ink's & Error's screams as they fell below into the void filled the multiverse before a horrifying crack was heard, the guardians and gods paled at the sound as they glanced towards the duo's screams were heard before.

Last thing that Error ever wanted in his miserable life was to experience more pain, horrible amounts of pain that don't even let him think straight as his body was torn apart constantly, before being reforged, the cycle was endless in that black expanse and eventually the pain began to subside only at the cost of his soul perishing. When Error woke up again he found himself laying on a completely black floor that seemed to consume a grey room with black tendrils, appendages that Error would usually associate a term of familiarity and safety with but when he glanced at the black tendrils consuming the room the only feeling that arose was blankness and even a sense of irregular pain that made his chest tighten but he knew his soul was gone, he felt it perish so why could he still feel pain when even Ink who was ultimately soulless was unable to feel pain? Error's eyes widened slightly in shock as he tried to find the artist with some alarm, only to find the darkness surrounding him and no Ink.

Least to say, Error hated this place. The room was similar to Gaster's when a Frisk or a version of them from another AU encounters them but there was distinct differences, there was black sludge lining the walls like something had attempted to paint it <No more chances.> A sludge horribly wrote onto the wall in large letters "No more chances? no more chances about what?" Error mumbled attempting to stand up but his legs refused to move like an incomparable weight was forcing them down, the more Error looked around the more the sludge seemingly wrote <Need to remember.> It wrote with crooked in letters but the more it repeated that sentence the more it overwhelmed the destroyer "Remember what?" Error couldn't understand what he needed to remember.

Error saw every inch of the room line with the same sentence untill the room went completely black untill only a dark grey eye that resembled Fates appeared <Remember...What you are, who you are.> The grey eye turned into a figure that resembled a humans but no defined attributes that Error could identify as a Females or Males, the grey eye walked towards Error and linked their foreheads together only to further baffle the destroyer who thought this stranger was clinically more insane than him, <Wake up Destruction..Let the void lead you home. Trust the void like the void has always trusted you.> The grey eye disappeared after mumbling these words which filled Error with unease, trust the void? what the hell did that mean? more specifically, when did the void trust him? the void can trust people? how did that work? Error was sure Ink would love to figure that out.

Time passed by or atleast what the ticks on the wall was telling him, he had no sense of time and he doesn't starve or need food like normal skeleton monsters so Immortality was being very helpful this time which Error wasn't sure he should be grateful for or not since he still had no idea what was happening. Error took no chances in sleeping in a completely foreign place and just stayed awake for...Actually Error had no clue, but it was long enough that he slept while looking awake even then he still got kidnapped to another place without his consent, "I'm seeing a reoccuring issue here.." Error got kidnapped many times in his destroying career but this definitely competed with his most disliked of the kidnappings. Error didn't have to look around to know there was a normal surface environment around him, he debated calling out but he rather not alert the multiverse or AU of his existence, problem was, he was a walking magnet of destructive magic and aura, even bigger problem is that he never had to hide it before since only Ink could sense him besides the twins but Error managed his emotions fairly well to keep himself hidden for long durations of time.

Error rubbed his nasal bone with some frustration, he got up from his spot and began to walk, to wander and see what kind of AU or timeline he was in before he paused and slapped his forehead in some embarrassment. "I could just use the codes! Why am I spacing out like this?" Error sighed before waved his hand in the air in front of him downwards before a glitched out panel appeared, Error swiped the panel a few times before identifying the place he was within "What the hell..This is a place I've never heard before." Error muttered with some confusion, he re-read the panel again just to confirm his horrible eyesight hasn't gotten even worse. "Well..Its normal I haven't heard of it, the damn thing doesn't even have a name." He put away the panel with some irritation before trying to sense a familiar set of magic "There he is.." Error gave a small sigh of relief of at least sensing a familiar presence.
