Musa wanted to know why her family picked this year to try and get her she thought it was because she was having a good year or more logic reason was because bloom left through the portal and she was the dragon flame the only thing protecting this world.
Without her having to reveal her identity as the Cerberus mind (like the dragon flame bloom has but with mind powers). She didn't want people to judge her or use her for her powers. Because her powers could read peoples mind not just there feelings but its overwhelming for Musa because she reads everyones mind in like a mile radius but the closer people are to her the louder their thoughts are.
