Y/n POV

How many years have I been here? I think it's been 7 or so. They've all melded together. I can see why the snow elves built this temple here, it's peaceful.

The only problem I've been having these past 7 years was the werewolf transformations, luckily they had rooms they could lock me in so I didn't hurt anyone.

Well I have grown, which would probably be obvious. I had grown my hair out and it now meets my shoulders. My height had changed and I now stand at 6 ft. I seem to have developed more of a lean body, my skin however still remained pale, though not snow white like the snow elves.

Aurie was about 5'9, and much to her pleasure 2 years ago we had finally wore Celebor down enough so he would let her train in archery. She was a suprisingly good shot, better than I ever was infact.

We had also figured out that my ring can turn into a two handed greatsword. It was suprising and due to the blood of the troll getting on both Aurie and I we couldn't hide what we were doing, especially since we ran into Gelebor on the way back. But Celevena and Prareyor had stopped assuming we snuck off to do it.

That did mean I had to explain all my abilities to Gelebor and Celevena. They were suprised by my abilites to control shadows and didn't like my abiltiy to raise dead, but they were paladins so... makes sense. Suprsied them that I could see the dead too, but that answered the quesitons of why they came across me talking to seemingly thin air.

Aurie did tell them that I could also talk to Emrys, they didn't really believe that though, which is why I hadn't origially told them.

Right now I was standing on the balcony of the temple across from Arch-Curate Vyrthur. He wasn't someone I really liked, partly because he always told me to use his full title. His eyes were also weird.

"I understand you are looking for a cure for your lycanthropy curse." Vyrthur says breaking the silence between us.

"It would be nice." I admit staring at him.

I noticed he was staring up at the sun, well more akin to glaring at it. Almost as if he had something against it. Would make sense considering he didn't come out at day all that much.

"Would you like for me to tell you how?" He ask turning his eyes to me.

"What would I need to do?" I ask. I have to admit I was tempted to do near anything to cure it, as long as this damned curse was gone and I could sleep peacefully.

"First you must find a Daughter of Coldharbour." He tells me.

"Then?" I ask.

"She will lead you to the cure." He says vaugely.

"I assume I will have to do what she ask of me first." I say more than question but he still nods.

"You can go out there and search for her." Vyrthur tells me gesturing east. "I will allow it, and besides you don't have the lifespan of an elf so it'd be a shame if you wasted it away here."

"I assume Aurie wouldn't be able to join me." I say and he nods.

"Gelebor wouldn't allow it." He tells me. "But you could always come back after you have the cure."

I nod at that, it was right. I had become a friend to the snow elves and Aurie practically saw me as a brother so I doubt Gelebor or anyone else would have a problem if I came back every now and then.

"And even if the nords believe all snow elves to be extinct do you really want to risk Aurie being out there?" He ask me and once again I nodded.

If she went with me, she'd be in danger. Skyrim itself is already dangerous, and I would be searching for this Daughter of Coldharbour aswell.

He then took a ring out. It was made of silver and had a wolf running on it. He put it in my hand.

"This will suppress the curse's influence, but you will only resist the transformation through your will." Vyrthur told me. "I will leave you to think about your choice."

Vyrthur went back inside leaving me on the balcony. I stared up at the waxing moon as I put the ring on my left index finger.

I could be free of this curse, I need only find this Daughter of Coldharbour. That place I think had something to do with Molag Bal. I would probably be defying a deadra prince. I grit my teeth at that. It wouldn't stop me. I held no love for the deadra princes, infact part of me felt insulted by them, I don't know why.

"Aedra or Deadra. It doesn't matter. I will be rid of this curse." I say making my choice.

Unknown to me Vyrthur had heard me and a smirk formed on his face hearing my words.

"What do you mean your leaving!" Aurie asked paniced clinging to me, "Don't leave!"

Gelebor and the others could only watch on as Aurie clung to me after I told her I was leaving. Vyrthur had said I had to keep my reason to myself, which I though was weird, but I guess there must be a reason.

"Aurie I will come back and visit." I tell her.

"But it's going to be boring without you here!" Aurie complains. "I wont allow my you to leave brother!"

Aurie clung to me tighter and I sighed. Gelebor did aswell as he approached us.

"Aurie let him go." He tells her but she doesn't budge. "Aurie let him leave. He has a human lifespan, he should not have to spend it all here. He should be amongst his own kind and he can return as he wishes."

"B-Brother." Aurie crys 'looking' up at me.

I wipe the tears away, "I'll be back I promise, it'll be before you know it."

She nods as she lets me go and wipes the tears away herself.

She reaches into her pouch and pulls something out. "I made this for you. Take it."

She then puts it into my hand. Looking at it I see it's a necklace. The pendant was black and was a crude carving of what seemed to be an outline.

"I asked Celevena to give me something the opposite of bright and then tried carving your silhouette... it's probably not good..." Aurie says nervously.

However I stare at the necklace and put it on with a genuine smile. I then give Aurie a tight hug.

"I love it sister." I tell her and can feel the happiness radiating off of her.

Coming out of the cave that I had to deal with a few trolls and frostbite spiders and even a few falmer. My eyes adjust to the light and I see that I am in the Reach...

(Also just imagine the you wearing Trevor's outfit from the begining of the Castlevania series with the white cloak. Minus the Belmont symbols.)

A sense of nostalgia washes over me as I stare at the familiar view of the reach. The Orc stronghold could be seen in the distance.

My finger rubbed my ring as I stared at the sight. I use to like the Reach I did, but I had a mission now and I doubt it would be in the Reach.

Forsworn worshipped Hircine and any vampires would have been killed by them for sure. I know that much.

I started my trek towards the orc stronghold. They wont welcome me but hopefully they give me directions to the road.

While doing so I can't help but remember my friend that I only knew for a few days.

'Amoris I hope your still alive.'
