2. Every question and requirement must be answered or provided in the form, especially mentioning if the book contains mature themes or not. If you don't mention it, we will be ignoring your form and will have the right to choose another participant over you.
3. This chapter is only for forms. If you have any queries regarding the mechanism, rules and more please ask in the previous chapters not here.
4. As we have mentioned before; one slot per person. Please don't fill out the forms for two or more books of yours.
5. Lastly, it's a request don't tag the accounts that are not active. We need more people to come and join us.
