The trio of boys shouted as they ran through the halls of beacon trying to escape the vicious monsters that hunted them, vile beast were worse than Grimm which was somewhat hard to believe but after seeing after happened to the all other students and teachers it was clear as day what was worse, after that massacre only Y/n, Ren and Jaune survived be it by luck or some outside force didn't matter to them they only cared for surviving, which they had successfully done by avoiding those monster for the last week by staying in a crawl space they had found in Glyndas class it was small and uncomfortable as fuck but that was better than being dead

Y/n grabbed Ren by shirt and began dragging him as fast he could leaving Jaune behind which he felt guilty about but he knew that Jaune was as good as dead when his throat was slashed and getting stabbed in the back only sealed the deal, while Y/n ran dragging Ren behind him Multiple dark silhouettes surrounded Jaunes corpse no noticeable features could be made out besides the creatures glowing red eyes
???: "They got away"
???: "Doesn't matter they'll have to come out for food again eventually"

Another figure approached but this one was taller than the rest and it had long horns, The creatures kneeled in it presence but did not turn away from her even for a second
