Today was no difference as I got up and get ready for the day. I felt more tired today for some reason and I couldn't remember much from yesterday. I hope I didn't scared the alphas off. I giggled myself as I made my way to downstairs where already the vamps discussing something serious. They all stopped when they saw me coming down.
"Hey Jia, seems like you're early." Louis said as he not so subtly try to change my attention from what is going on. I don't want to pry them so I let them be.
"Yeah, power shots from yesterday worked. I slept like a log." I said as I joined them on the table. Soon, we had our breakfast which today seems to go silently.
"Gaga, I want you to come to home soon today, okay?" My mom asked at the end of the breakfast breaking the silent. I looked up to see her face serious.
"Mom, is there something wrong?" I asked as looked at her. She was never like this.
"No dear, just be home soon." She smiled which definitely doesn't reach her eyes. I nodded slowly looking at the vamps to see if they knew something. But they also seemed clueless. We can only find out what is wrong when we get home. We said out byes and get out of our house.
******* Today, the whole setting seems to be tense as we walked to our class where I noticed the most handsome people I know. They all looked at me smiling but none reached their eyes. 'what is wrong with people today?' I thought to myself as I sat beside Zayn. He also looked tensed as he looked at the vamps now and then like they are having a conversation in their mind.
I hope I have this kinda relationship with someone hopefully the alphas that I am now looking at. I slumped on the desk as the class goes on. Nothing reaching my brain as it wandered off to why everyone acting strange today.
"Jack, we need to talk to you." Bambam called me as the final class ended. The vamps looked at me before signalling that they will wait for me outside the class. The betas and the two alphas also got out.
I turned to the alphas who were somehow looked nervous, I have no idea why they are nervous. "Jack, we want to..." Mark started but soon stopped hesitating what to tell.
I felt like this is now or never, maybe they are going to tell me they have a mate or something so stop looking no staring at them... Maybe they are going to tell that they never had the idea of dating or seeing someone outside of those six... Maybe...my mind went haywire with these thoughts, "Look guys, I love you." I blurted. Even I don't know why I said that.
'What the fuck are you doing Jia? You don't even know them. They are definitely going to think you're a freak. What is your problem?' my inner self scolded me more than I could think.
I looked up to see their reaction and to say something to make the atmosphere light but nothing came, "I... Guys..." I started not knowing what to say. I can't say I didn't mean it, I meant it. They looked at each other shock evident on their faces.
Soon, Jb's phone rang diverting their attention. He looked at the caller ID and sighed as he attended it. "Yeah, we will be there." A pause "just shut up. I said we will be there." He yelled this time and shutting the phone off.
"Jack, just know that whatever happens we love you, no matter what." Jb said looking straight into my eyes. I felt my soul burn with his words. Jinyoung pulled me as he kissed my forehead and they left with everyone smiling at me sadly.
I stood there for a few moments not knowing how to move. My mind was blank, until the vamps came in urging me that mom called to get home soon.
******* Han's POV,
We were waiting for the alphas outside of the classroom, they came rushing out but I didn't see Jackson.
"Alpha, is everything alright?" Seungmin asked as he looked at them.
"Come on guys, we have to go." Jinyoung said not looking up like they all are on the verge of crying.
"Alpha..." I called to make them look at us, "just come with us, please." Jb said ready to cry. I looked at him and to the vamps who now speaking on the phone. We nodded as we moved out of the school.
******* "Guys, it is the worst thing you could do." Yibo yelled as he looked at Jb.
"We are not changing anything, just go pack your things. We have to get out of here." Mark said as he hugged now crying Yugyom to him.
"Is there a problem alpha?" Chan asked as he looked at them.
"Yeah, we have a threat to our pack land. And we are moving there for now." Jinyoung said looking at them.
"But, we can take care of that or you can send Betas with us too. Why all of us have to go. Especially you guys as you are just getting close to your mate." Lay asked confused.
It is not new for them to get threat from another land or pack, they always handle these type of things. The alphas looked at him like they have been caught.
"We are going and that's my order." Jb yelled in his alpha tone making all of them flinch but obey.
He rarely use his alpha tone which means they can't disobey it even if they want to as they all submitted to him.
So they all looked at each other and moved to pack their things. They know for a fact that something bad is going to happen but they can't stop it.
