Hanako x Jealous Reader

A/N: so basically, this is all happening AFTER the events in episode one

[Name]'s pov
Well.. it happened. They share a bond. I have no idea what that means but the only thing that I could gather is that they will be able to live in this life and the next?! What?!

I do kinda have a crush on hanako, but there is no way that I'm confessing! What if he says no?!

I was watching all of this just happened right in front of my eyes. He shares a bond with her. A human that will literally die eventually and we have no idea if she'll be a ghost in this school, we have no way of knowing that!

He might like yashiro. I can sense it.

*bell rings*

Well, that's the bell for students to go home, that's the only thing I miss about being a human.

I met up with hanako again, I walked in the girls bathroom and there he was. Standing there as if he was waiting for me. "Oh [Name]! There you are! How are you?" He asked. "I'm fine" I said with a bit of an angry tone

He continued. "Are you sure? You seem to be slightly annoyed about something, would you like to tell me why you're mad?" He pointed out the fact that I had my arms folded. "He's very observate. Nice." i thought, the only thing I was happy about right now was that he can't read minds. I zoned out for a bit

He then asked  "[Name]? Are you ok, are you even listening to me?"

I snapped back to reality. "Oh yeah, sorry about that. I was.. thinking."

Hanako grew curious "thinking about what?!"

I hesitated.. if I said that I was thinking about him, I would probably freak him out and ruin any chance we ever had of being in a relationship.

"I was thinking about what happened earlier. What happened after she turned into a fish." I said. Hanako was confused on what I was talking about "she? Are you talking about yashiro?"he questioned

"Yeah.. her." I mumbled something under my breath, something that he thankfully couldn't hear. Hanako then started asking me questions "Oh, speaking of earlier, you've been ignoring me ever since I granted yashiro's additional wish, we haven't spoken since then! Why were you ignoring me?!"

"Because I like you and I couldn't Stand knowing that you might be in a relationship with her before I got the chance to tell you about my feelings!" I yelled. After I realized what I said, I was nervously awaiting his answer. He stopped in his tracks. He was processing everything that I just said "You Like me?" He asked  "yeah. But after earlier I decided to ignore you bc you were talking to her and not to me."

Hanako then started to smirk "ohhh. You were jealous.~"

I blushed. "No I wasn't! I just don't like yashiro that much but I was still jealous bc I thought that you would stop talking to me bc of her" I folded my arms

Hanako then spoke up "do you even know what her first wish was?" I froze. I had no idea what yashiro's first wish was about, all I knew was that she was granted an additional one. "No, I actually have no idea what her first wish was, why?"

He then started to laugh "oh [Name]" He continues to laugh "Yashiro's first wish was about someone that she had a crush on , she wanted him to like her back."

I stopped in my tracks, I felt so stupid in that moment.

Hanako then grabbed my hand and started holding it. I blushed and tried to  calm down bc I was literally freaking out.

He then kissed my forehead and said "Aren't you glad that you don't have to be jealous anymore?"

I was confused on what he meant but I really hoped that it meant he liked me back

I then said "What do you mean.?"

He said "it means that I like you too!I've been trying to find the best time to tell you but you beat me to it"

I was literally so happy at that moment. I then said "so does this mean that we are.. dating? " I started blushing when I said the last word.

He said "Sure!" He kissed my cheek and then he did that he has something to do.

I waved him goodbye even though I knew that I'd see him later, I was still freaking out about how me and him are literally dating right now.
