Chapter 2: The Task

**FLASHBACK**

[Sgt. Coreander Meadowmoon's office]

A grand room overlooks the stars in the universe. A medium sized oak of a dark shade is positioned in the middle of the oblong shaped area. Sgt. Coreander sits in a chair that seemed too large for her slender body. The back of the seat faces toward the six men who are beginning to file into the office one by one. They could hear faint ominous humming coming from the direction of the white patented leather chair situated before them.

"You called for us, Sgt. Meadowmoon?" Suho, a red haired male from the super human sextet asked while talking a daring step forward. A low chuckle emitted from the head woman at charge.
"Yes, that is correct." She spun the seat around in a swift manner and leaned her body onto the desk. She propped her hands up by letting her elbows rest on top the surface of the clear glass countertop. Her left eye glinted with mystery. Her thin pink colored lips curled into a mischievous grin.

"I have a new task for you. I hope that you accept it with open arms and with everlasting dignity."

"What is it?" A new voice spoke up from the group of six that stood anxiously in front of their leader. He was a quiet one; reserved and stood elegantly. He had dark green hair but bore an intense aura no one could deny. Sgt. Coreander turned her head to the male who had just replied.
"I'm glad you asked, Kai. Your mission is to go to Earth once more and exercise the evil that haunts the world. Purge it of the threat that looms creepily around its body."
A series of overlapping extremities and jaunts escape their mouths and permeate the air like a sharp arrow claiming its target.
"What? You have got to be kidding me." Chanyeol was the first one to object. Baekhyun closely followed suit with his objection as well.
"You're sending us back to the place that nearly killed us and almost got our powers permanently snatched? Are you fucking insane?" He snarled viciously, not agreeing with the boss' order.
Suho, the leader of the group looked visibly upset. He too seemed bothered by Sgt. Coreander's words.
