Imperfectly Perfect

It was 7 in the evening when Tzuyu walked out of the Café where she worked. Tzuyu didn't like that her mom was the only one working and taking responsibility for the household alone so, Tzuyu decided to do it even though she wasn't happy at first but Tzuyu was her stubborn daughter for a reason.

Dahyun introduced Tzuyu to this Café as the owner, Ji Eunkyung was her mother's friend and after working there for a while, Tzuyu got close to her.

Currently, Tzuyu was walking down the path to the bus stop when Tzuyu heard a voice behind making Tzuyu halt on her spot. Tzuyu gulped with her heartbeat quickening behind her chest as Tzuyu slowly looked behind her shoulder and a shaky breath left her lips.

Unfortunate!

Abandoned!

Pathetic!

The words rang in Tzuyu's mind causing those memories to awaken as her vision got blurry with her breath getting heavy before the person looked towards Tzuyu and Tzuyu instantly turned around sprinting away.

Running towards the bus stop, Tzuyu suddenly tripped and got her head bumped onto someone's back as the person stumbled a little.

"I-I'm sorr-"

Tzuyu breathed out panting as Tzuyu looked at the person who turned around his eyes widened and so did Tzuyu as standing before Tzuyu was none other than Taehyung whose lips turned into a smirk.

"Sally, if you wanted to talk to me, you could've just-" His words stopped when Taehyung saw Tzuyu's panicked look making him jolt with worry.

"Sally, What happened? Are you okay?"

Taehyung took hold of Tzuyu both forearms as he tilted his head down to her level to peek at Tzuyu's face before looking behind her to see if Tzuyu was being chased by someone but there was no one.

"Sally," Taehyung called out softly with his warm eyes boring into her and Tzuyu snapped out blinking before realizing the position causing Tzuyu to back away where his eyes showed hurt emotion but he recovered.

"Are you okay? What happened?"

Tzuyu nodded vigorously.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm fine."

Why him? Of all people?

Before Taehyung could say anything, the bus approached, and Tzuyu ran passed him. Tzuyu got inside leaving him with worry and questions. He was about to go to her but his friend Jae came to pick him up as he called out to him.

The bus left Taehyung kept staring at it but he snapped out as Jae kept calling him where he sighed and got in his car before throwing a last glance at the bus as they drove off to their destination.

As ten minutes passed, Tzuyu got off the bus and walked towards Tzuyu's home with her thoughts lingering in her mind before Tzuyu saw her mother getting out of her car as she went to open the front door. A smile made its way to her lips as just seeing her sight calmed Tzuyu before running to her and hugging her from behind making her flinch as she giggled.

"What happened to my daughter?"

"I just missed you and I'm hungry."

Tzuyu tightened the grip as she patted her hands around her chuckling.

"Really? Should we make pizza?"

Tzuyu's eyes lit up. "Yes! Go! Go!"

She laughed and Tzuyu giggled as both walked inside in the hugging position while Tzuyu tried to suppress her thoughts.
