Imperfectly Perfect

"Bye, Mom!"

Tzuyu waved at her through the window as Tzuyu stood by her university gate where she smiled giving her a flying kiss and making her chuckle before driving off to her work.

Tzuyu's mother was an owner of a boutique. When she was adopted, her father died after three years in a car accident and her mother started her clothing business which is going well. However, she never let her feel it because she was being adored and Tzuyu also did because she's the only family, she has to cherish.

Walking down the hallway, Tzuyu shoved her things in her locker before her mind crossed what happened yesterday as she was staring at the place where both were sitting.

The bell rang snapping her out as Tzuyu flinched before taking out her notebook and closing her locker. As Tzuyu was on her way to her classroom, her eyes spotted the person whom Tzuyu didn't want to bump into right now.

Taehyung was standing with a girl giggling and flirting as usual when he suddenly looked towards her direction making eye contact with Tzuyu which instantly broke out as Tzuyu began walking again while clutching her notebook to her chest tightly.

Meanwhile, Taehyung, took a glance at the girl in front of him talking about something he wasn't even listening to as his eyes stopped at Tzuyu walking. The girl and the only girl who was on his mind since yesterday which was strangely the first time as he couldn't take her off his mind.

As much as he wanted to talk to her, Tzuyu didn't seem to be fond of having a conversation with him. At the same time, he wanted it this way because he had made a rule-like thing of no dating and no falling in love where she looked the exact type of it and he wasn't ready for that commitment yet.

As Tzuyu got close to him, his mind was on the thing he decided but his heart was doing something else as there was a tiny part of him wanting her to talk but to his dismay, Tzuyu quickly walked past him and entered the classroom without even glancing him which left him having a little disappointment.

But isn't that what he wanted? Then why was he disappointed?

On the other hand, Tzuyu settled herself on her usual table with a deep exhale leaving her lips. Just like Tzuyu wanted, Tzuyu didn't want to do anything with him and after yesterday, nothing was going to change.

Well, that's what she thought.

Taehyung entered the classroom and sat beside Jin in the middle row where some girls gave him their usual smiles which he reciprocated as always. However, his eyes roamed around to find that particular person and saw her at the last table.

He recalled the name loner which classmates called her secretly and he didn't care that time but now he was curious to know. To know about her.

He was curious about her. It was no doubt that he found her weird yet intriguing which made him more curious about her. The rule of no date and no love was long forgotten as all he wanted was to get to know her.

And little did he know, that his get-to-know thing would get more to it.

Tzuyu was so engrossed in her thoughts that she didn't even realize that person's stolen glances at her whereas Taehyung also didn't realize until Jin nudged him making him snap out before he threw a smirk towards him.

Taehyung just rolled his eyes before the professor entered the classroom where he was surprised to see Taehyung and Jin in class wide awake.

"Am seeing things or you duo are present in class?" Mr. Jung asked pointing at those two younger men where Taehyung just chuckled while Jin threw him a two-finger salute making the students laugh.
