Temin woke up remembering what he dreamed of last night very clearly. It was sad. It was horrible..
He had transcended the barriers of sanity and entered a new level of madness. Missing someone and recalling the time spent with them is okay. It's a reasonable thing to do. But imagining a future with them is not!
That's borderline psychopathic.
And that's exactly what Temin did.
Even though it was just a dream it felt like a reality.
Temin sat at the edge of his bed and bent down. He massaged his to wipe away the sleepiness. Hiding his face in his hands he sighed.
"This is embarrassing and you are shameless!"
He blamed himself.
"He is never returning! You need to stop for the sake of your sanity."
"VIHAN IS GONE"
Temin reminded himself.
Temin wanted to forget the dream he just had. Not because he dreamt something unholy or him committing a heinous crime but because he knew if this continued he is going to be heart broken.
Vihan is gone and it's been months.
He is probably not even in the country.
He must be with someone new
He must have forgotten him by now.
So he should also do the same.
His brain was telling him to forget about what he dreamed but his fingertips were itching to write yet another poem.
He sighed and go up from his bed, his legs lead him to the bathroom but his eyes were on his desk.
He sighed. And bit his lips.
And went to his desk and sat.
