Chapter 21 (Epilogue)

5 months later...

Tori POV

Five months had passed since Jade and I announced to the whole school that we were together. That's right. Surprising everyone at school, our couple made it for so long and only grew stronger during these months. In fact, not to brag about it, but we became Hollywood Arts' new power couple.

I've never been so happy and 5 months ago I would have never believed that Jade could make me this happy.

I've told Jade that I loved her about a month into our relationship and she immediately told me that she loved me back making my heart flutter. Actually Jade likes to tell everyone that I said it first, one day when we were cuddling in bed in her room, but the truth is that she had let it slip first earlier that same day, when I arrived to her house and surprised her with the director's cut DVD of her favorite movie 'The Scissoring', signed by the actress who plays the villain, Tawny. I was able to get it online using some money I had spared, just to see one of my girlfriend's wide and beautiful smiles. Also I had to do something special for her after she had accepted to come with me at the Coachella during spring break, despite her saying she didn't like 'such a stupid festival full of vain celebrities and idiots' to put it in her words.

Not long after we revealed our feelings to each other, we decided to come out to our parents. So we told our respective families about us, with Jade's dad who took a good month to get used to the idea that this wasn't just a phase that his daughter was going through just to make him mad, while her mother was surprisingly supporting, same as parents who however, practically gave Jade the third degree after inviting her to dinner at my house one night.

So anyways, after close to half an year of being girlfriends, I think it's safe to say that we both feel like it's time to take our relationship to the next level.

Yep, I guess the day of reckoning finally arrived: we decided that we are ready to do it.

And, yes, I'm talking about that...

It was my fault that we had waited five months to have our first time together, and I knew it was hard on Jade. It was hard on me too. I mean have you seen my girlfriend? She's so ridiculously hot. We have actually been very close to do it last month already, at her house, but... we ended up spending the evening trying to repair the door of the closet where her stepmom keeps her household products, trying to fix it before her and Jade's dad came back home... Yeah it's quite of an embarrassing story that I'd rather not talk about...

~Flashback~

"Tori open this door!"

"Go away Jade."

"Vega you know very well I don't take orders from anyone, in fact I give them!" The Goth proclaimed as she was putting her shirt back on "Now open the fucking door before I break it down."

"No!"

"Look, what happened can't be changed!" Jade snarled "So get your ass out here and just get over it!"

"Mentioning my butt right now, is not helping."

" VEGA! "

"I'm not coming out of the closet!"

"A little late for that don't you think?"

"It's not funny Jade!"

"Do you hear me laughing Vega!?"

"I've never been so humiliated in my life!"

"Oh please. Have you forgotten about the time that dog dragged you around in its leash, when you had to sing the National Anthem for that Northridge basketball game?" Jade reminded her girlfriend suppressing a chuckle.
