*Now*
Clara woke up, pressed against Steve. She looked up to the beautiful man. He peacefully slept.
She glanced at the clock on the little table next to the big bed.
7.34 am.
Steve yawned and Clara smiled at him happily.
"Good Morning."
He rubbed his eyes and turned around so he would lay face to face to her.
"Did you sleep well?", she asked.
He closed his eyes for a second and responded in a sleepy voice: "Mhmm, I did."
He had to force himself to keep his eyes open. "What about you?"
"Yea, I slept well too.", she yawned.
Steve smiled at her.
"What?", Clara asked.
He giggled as he gave her a quick kiss.
She smirked.
"I'm sorry to break the mood but I'm hungry."
"You always are, honey.", Steve said and jumped out of the bed.
"Come on. Breakfast.", he said.
Clara walked after him through the door, downstairs right into the kitchen. This room wasn't only a kitchen. Also a living room and a dining room.
"Let's see.", Steve mumbled, "What have we got."
He opened some kitchen cabinets, grabbed a few things and put them on the table.
„Here we have a very healthy chocolate granola and some strawberry yogurt. Over there we can see milk, oatmeal, fruits and bread. For the bread we have butter, jam, cheese and ham. Bon appetit."
Clara smiled and sat in front of Steve down.
„Not to forget your life saving coffee.", he finished his monologue."Honey!", Steve yelled from downstairs, "I'm gonna go now!"
"What?", he heard her say in disbelief, "Already?"
"Yes, already."
Clara ran down the stairs as fast as she could just to give Steve a kiss.
He smiled. "I'll be back by 5, okay?"
"Okay."
He opened the door and turned around.
"I love you, Clara."
She sighted. "I love you too, Steve.""And what was the hardest part about that, Linda?", Steve asked.
"I would say the hardest part was to accept and realise that I needed help."
"And that's okay. No one loves to get help especially not soldiers like us.", he looked at the people in the room. "Does anyone else want to share an experience with us?"
No one said anything.
"That's also okay. You're here to tell your story when you're ready and you're here to listen to others stories. No one has to do anything you don't want to do."
Some people nodded.
"Alright.", he smirked," We'll see each other next week."
His guests stood up and after they said goodbye they left.
"This is a great support group, Mr Rogers.", Steve heard someone saying.
He turned around and looked into a young man's face. He wasn't really tall, had an innocent face with a mole in his left cheek, light brown hair. Maybe he was 22 years old. He wore to dog tags Steve noticed.
"Thank you.", he nodded.
They shook hands and Steve said: „I've never seen you here before."
"Yea, it was my first day. I wanted to see how I liked it and whether I wanted to come back.", the man responded.
"Alright.", Steve glanced at the clock.
5:15 pm.
"I'm sorry I need to go now but I'll be happy to see you next week."
"Thanks, Mr Rogers.", he smiled as Steve left."Sweetheart, I'm home!", Steve said and closed the door behind himself.
"It's pretty late, Stevie.", Clara said.
"I know, I'm sorry. There was a guy", he spoke while taking off his jacket, "It took a little longer."
He walked into the living room and saw Clara sitting on the couch. He sat down next to her and gentle pressed his lips against hers.
"Oh hello.", she mumbled smiling.
He grinned into the kiss.
"I missed you, sweetheart."
When she broke the kiss and looked into his face, she saw that Steve had blushed again.
