"I love Panda Express." Hobi whispered bringing another spoonful of rice to his mouth. "And Sprite." Drinking his eighth glass of the hour. 

"You might want to tell him slow down." Tia warned, knowing this man was going to burb non-stop for the next hour. None of the boys listened to her, too busy devouring the food as if they'd never eaten a meal before. "Is this really your first time eating? Like ever?" 

"Angels don't need to eat." Taehyung answered, mouth filled with food.  "The past three weeks we all felt this weird feeling in our stomach but we didn't know that that was what hunger felt like." 

"You guys have been starving for almost a month?" Her eyes were wide, staring at all of them in shock. She could barely survive a couple of hours without food, let alone a month. 

"Yes and it was awful, I thought I was going to die but then I remembered I couldn't die. Thank you so much for this food Tia!" Jungkook exclaimed and she smiled at him, reaching over to pick a stray rice away from his cheek, suddenly she felt all eyes on her. "There was a piece of rice." She explained, cheeks reddening slightly. 

"Wait, so, if we get tired and we get hungry and we can touch things now, does this mean we're becoming human?" Jimin asked and Namjoon frowned as he pondered the question. The more time Tia spent with them, the more she could kind of set apart each who they were as people, or angels. Namjoon was definitely the leader or some sort of a source of wisdom as everyone seemed to look to him when it came to decision making or difficult questions. Something about Jin screamed that he was oldest and she just knew Jungkook was the youngest but in what sense? Were angels even born? Didn't they just exist? She mentally noted that down as another question to ask Namjoon. Taehyung and Jimin stuck to each other like twins with Taehyung being the nice one and Jimin being more mischievous. Hobi was just, well she didn't really know where to class him yet but he was funny and Yoongi- she didn't really like him, he seemed to have it out for her and she wondered why he even bothered protecting her from Taec, especially since it seemed like he broke some sort of angel code by touching Taec. 

"Human? Why would He give us such an extreme punishment when we didn't do anything wrong?" Yoongi said as if the mere thought of becoming human disgusted him beyond belief. 

"What's wrong with being human?" Tia asked, brows furrowing into a frown. Yoongi looked at her, eyes staring intently into hers and she realized  unlike everybody else who had practically inhaled their food, he hadn't touched his at all. 

"The question is, what isn't wrong with humans? You guys are selfish, weak and pathetic. Intent on destroying each other and the planet."

"And who's fault is that? Since guardian angels exist, hell since a God exists, why is it that some have it better than others? Why is it that people like Taec-yeon get to live in luxury while others like Jun-ho and I need to live our lives in servitude to people like him?" Tia shot back and Yoongi's eyes narrowed, looking even more intimidating than he already was but Tia didn't back down.

"Everything happens for a reason, we're ordered to protect you according to the path that's been set for you. We can't alter your destiny, we're not God." He spat, pushing his food aside which Taehyung secretly took and began eating as he stared between the two. "Besides, what's this about Jun-ho? You're going around with a man who hurts you and quite literally chases after you for money. What's the point of protecting you if you put yourself in these dumb situations." 

"Yoongi!" Namjoon yelled, grabbing his arm, pulling him back harshly. Yoongi's gaze flickered away from Tia towards Namjoon who he'd never seen so angry. The two of them walked out of the room. 

"I- I think since we've never felt tired before, everyone's a bit grumpy." Jin laughed off, trying to quell the situation. "It's almost eleven, let's get some sleep."
