Quirk desc: If Ryoko makes eye and physical contact with another, she can manipulate them. One or both of their eyes will go blank. She also could manipulate objects but she hasn't learned how to do so yet.

Quirk downsides: After so much use, it can take over her and make an eye permanently blank. (Has happened already), dizziness, exhaustion.

Solo or in group villain? Solo, she only met up with the LOV a few times

Hero or villain? Villain, she's a lone villain who sometimes will go with the LOV.
