Downsides: She can only teleport 3 miles most and must wait 10 minutes in between teleporting. Manipulating fire can't be huge flames sadly. And telepathy, if she tries using it on something heavy, it will drain her energy and possibly make her unable to carry heavier thijgs with telepathy.

Her mask is what she uses to appear as a dragon to other people. Once she puts it on, others can see her as a dragon, there is a button where she can just have it as any other mask though. But it was programmed to do these amazing things.
