Chapter 1

Your name is "Y/N Evans." You are obviously related to a popular brother named Soul Eater Evans. He's onw of the most popular guys around the school except for BlackStar and Kid. He's a few years older than you but what does that matter. Anyways, he's a DWMA student and you're only a NOT student. Disappointing in your view.
Your POV
Your day starts off pretty normal but today was kinda different...You got up, prepared for the day, ate breakfast and got ready to leave the house but..when you opened the door Kid was standing right infront of you. This was the guy you've always had a crush on. Ever since you moved in with soul, you've always liked kid in particular. You were way shocked at him standing at the door, but you decided to play it cool. You tilt your head sideways, arms crossed and you ask, "Heya Kid. What's up? Need something? If you're looking for Soul, he already left with girlfriend." You said pretty plainly, kid shakes his head and looks at you with those..beautiful gold eyes. "No, I actually wanted to walk with you to school, so that we may have a small conversation about a certain topic." He spoke gently. You made a face, looking at kid. "Wait...Did I get in trouble for something because whatever it was, it was Michael's fault." You huffed, narrowing your eyes a bit. He blinked and shook his head, "No. This is just a quick chat, come on." He moved aside, you walk out, shutting the door then locking it. You head down the stairs, happily humming.
Kid's POV
You've known (y/n) for quite awhile, ever since she moved in for quite awhile. You wouldn't admit this directly to her at this moment, but you really like her. She's almost perfectly symmetrical, has this interesting personality and she'd do anything for anyone. Even if it meant giving up something really important to her. One time, she just got up and left practice because Michael needed her help with some sort of problem. Michael is her best friend and she usually puts Michael before you. It breaks your heart a bit but you're determined to beat Michael when it comes to asking her out to the dance this weekend. You quickly catch up to (y/n) as she bounced down the stairs and clear your throat. "Anyways, what I was wondering was, Are you going to the dance with anyone?" You said trying to keep your straight face. She looks up at you, a bit surprised and shook her head. "Oh, I dont ever go with anyone to those. I usually just go as a third wheel and cause chaos for my brother." You let out a chuckle, shaking your head a bit. "Are you interested in going with someone? Anyone pop up that would ask out?" You said softly as she thinks. She then said, "If anyone were to ask, because I dont ask others. I think it'd be Michael. Michael is always there for me and if I really wanted to go, he'd ask me in a heartbeat." Your facial expression kinda turned into a glare before you shook your head a bit. "You can't think of anyone else? Someone who's known you since you got here?" She stopped a for a moment and looked at you for a long second. You got a little nervous waiting for her response.
Your POV
You stared at Kid for a long second as so many things ran through your mind. Was he seriously asking you out? If he isn't, how could you act after you say your answer? How can you figure things before you stand for to long. You rubbed your cheek a bit, blinking as you looked up at kid. "Are you asking me? Because it really sounds like you're asking me out." Kid's face kinda blushed a little as he slowly nodded. "Just so you have a date for the dance, I'd love to take you out..." Your face went bright red as you looked away. "Ya. I wouldn't mind going with you Saturday. Just text me a time and I'll see you then." Man time just flies by so fast because you somehow ended up at your classroom. You shrug and walk inside.
