THE SUN SHONE BRIGHT, BUT IT DID NOT REFLECT THE MOODS OF THE STUDENTS RESIDING IN HOGWARTS.

the quad-wizard tournament was over. but it ended on no good note.

cedric diggory was head. a school-favourite pretty boy was gone.

the whole school, even those who didn't know him well, were grieving. it was a horrible loss and it wasn't how they had wanted the tournament to end.

it was originally thought that both cedric diggory and [name] [last name] had died, but amongst a relieving a recovery, [name] was found still breathing.

YOU GROGGILY OPEN YOUR EYES, YOUR BODY TIRED AND IN PAIN.

you groan slightly, but gasp as you sit up in an instant, though regretting it as your head pounded painfully.

you jump slightly as a hand is placed on your ankle on top of your bed sheets, but calm down in an instant, seeing it was only master ubuyashiki.

"master ubuyashiki..." you mutter, "what happened?"

he smiles softly, "well, not many are too sure right now. but from what i hear from the boy, you were hit by the killing curse"

your eyes widen, "so i'm dead?"

he chuckles, "if so, why are you here?"

you nod, face burning in embarrassment, "right.."

"though unfortunately.. cedric was not lucky enough to make it out"

you frown heavily, looking down at your sheets.

but you look up at master ubuyashiki in confusion.

"but.. how did i survive and cedric didn't? we both got hit by the same curse.."

he smiles gently, "well.. i think it has something to do with that" he points slightly at the locket on your neck.

you look down and gasp loudly, it was glowing an even brighter gold and had the tiniest mark on it.

you run your fingers over it, your heart filling with warmth.

you knew your family was still there with you. protecting you now matter what.

your eye well with tears slightly.

"also, they split the winner's goods between you and harry"

AND NOW WAS THE VERY LAST DAY OF THE QUAD-WIZARD TOURNAMENT EXCHANGE AND GOODBYES WERE BEING EXCHANGED BETWEEN SCHOOLS.

you had been bombarded by all the kimetsu students once news was out you had woken up, you had almost wanted to pass back out.

you now wave goodbye to all the other schools as kimetsu academy board onto the carriages to go back home, a sad smile adjourning your face.

like usual, the hashira fight over who gets to sit beside you.

a soft sigh leaves your lips as you glance out the window at hogwarts slowly wisping away.

you still had no clue what to do with these children, but you knew you would figure it out eventually.

but you knew, as long as you were with them, you'd never be alone. mentally and physically.
