the island had changed a lot since the first season. there were better decor and the cabins were in better conditions. but even better, the teenagers who went through it all are back!

the psycho host who hosted the total drama franchise stood on the deck, looking at the camera.

"what's up everyone! chris mclean is back and better!" chris shouted at the small camera which annoyed the camera crew behind it.
prison had really changed him, he looked the same, but goodness, he didn't act the same.

"we're back where it all began, camp wawanakwa! since all my glorious fans wanted more drama, i was able to get bailed out by all you watching at home! love ya!" chris winked.
he then looked around and looked back at the camera.

"now, you might be wondering who's competing this season? well you're in luck because we're back with our original cast along with our two special guests from world tour, alejandro and sierra!" chris said as he knew the people at home were getting what they wanted.

"let's go see how they're handling yeah? it was a little bit of an issue trying to get them back onto this island."

chris walked on over to the dining hall, where all the campers were placed on the ground recently.
as chris opened the door, he was greeted by his favourite cast arguing with each other. his eyes landed on a certain group, and his eyes lit up.

"this is all YOUR fault GEOFF! thanks to you were stuck on this FUCKING ISLAND AGAIN!" gwen was screaming at geoff who was being hugged by bridgette.

"woah there, what's going on here?" chris wondered as he walked over to the main group.

"you! this is all your idea wasnt it?!" heather pointed at chris which caused the others to realise who else had entered the room.

"well, not exactly MY idea, but i must of snuck in so quietly you all didn't even hear the door creak open!" chris laughed.

"then who's dumb idea was it?" courtney crossed her arms. she really did not need to be back here.

"well, they said they'd crush my career if i were to tell you, so.. no can do! now, meet me at the stage in exactly 10 minutes, and i'll tell you all why you're here." chris laughed as he walked out slamming the door.

"guys, do we go or not?" cody wondered. he was terrified of chris and didn't trust anything he would say.

"i say we stay here until we can find a way off this bloody island." gwen looked up at everyone. they could all tell she was about to cry from frustration.

"i say we should go," sierra spoke up. "if we don't, they'll probably force us to anyway."
the cast all then agreed, except for gwen who eventually stood up, and started walking out the door to the stage. gwen was in the very back.

she always felt bad coming back to wawanakwa. it unleashed bad memories for the girl. it woken up all the times she tried to reason with courtney, her previous relationship with duncan before she got back with trent, and all the stupid memories of heather. lindsay saw this and decided to talk to her.

"hey granola!" lindsay smiled.
"it's gwen." she replied.
"oh yeah i knew that! it's okay to be sad, i hate being here too. but do you remember when hammer had her head shaved? that's my favourite memory from here!" lindsay said as she had her hand on gwen's shoulder.
"oh yeah! i loved that, great karma she got." gwen smiled. her hopes were lifted a little bit.
the two kept talking until they waved goodbye at each other to go sit with their other friends. lindsay going to beth and tyler, and gwen going to sit with trent.

chris walked upon stage to see his uninterested audience awaiting the announcement. he looked around to see everybody frowning, or looking really bored.
"oh i'm sure you all will lighten up after i tell you this!" chris smirked. he just knew they would.

"oh yeah, well what is it then?" noah asked in his usual tone.
"if you are able to stay on this island for one month, then you'll be rewarded with.." chris trailed off as he pulled down the prize.
"TWO MILLION DOLLARS!"

'TWO MILLION DOLLARS?' was the thought that rush through everyones minds. two million? where did chris get the money?
"and to prove it to you, here is what two million dollars looks like!" chris shouted as he opened the briefcase stocked with cash. this motivated the cast.

"okay then, well what do we have to do?" alejandro stood up. "why do we have to stay here for a month?"

chris' eyes wondered over to alejandro and he smiled.
"you all have to kill each other."
