Lost in the Forest with my Love

I know it sounds a little weird saying I got lost in a rainforest with my love, but it's true! It all started on a class field trip. I went to the Amazon Rainforest with my high school class. We learned about the different living things there and how the plants grow. I absolutely love field trips! My friend Elizabeth and I were talking about how cute Chance was.

The way he flipped his hair and how he walked was just gorgeous!! We both liked him because he was by far the hottest boy in our school. We were in the middle of a conversation about him when our teacher told us he was going to put us in pairs to study the different trees growing around us.

I knew with my luck I'd get paired with a nerd, but surprisingly I was paired with Chance. I was practically shouting hurray when he walked over to me.

"Common Becca," he told me. We walked side by side over to a nearby tree. I held the study sheet while he observed. While he sat there looking at the ginormous tree, I noticed how handsome he really was. He was so gentle, calm, and loving. I started a conversation with him.

"So, how do ya like the rainforest?? Pretty cool, huh??" I said.

"Yep, it's amazing. I never thought it would be this beautiful." While we were talking, what we didn't know was the class was lining up to leave.

About 20 minutes later Chance and I were getting a little nervous. Our teacher still hadn't called us together to discuss our findings. We tramped back to our original spot. However, the class was no where to be found. I saw alligators about 100 meters away.

"Run!" I screamed.
