Chapter 5 - The Dance

My parent's immediately sent me to a Hospital, so I could get my hand treated. I was asleep doing the process, so I don't know what they did to me. Plus my dad and mom won't tell me.

The next day my mom, Rebbecca, and I went shopping for our Halloween costumes. Rebbecca chose a  nurse ( she was to be a nurse when she grows up), and I chose a nurse costume. It look l8ike a wedding gown, with high heels,a halo and wings attached. It had see- through sleeves.

Soon days passed and it was the day before the dance. Strangely Rebbecca and I had the dance on the same day so ( of course) Rebbecca was creeping out." What if I embarrass my self? What if my date ditches me? What if...."

IT's annoying but I was nervous too, thinking the same thing.But i grew tired and fell asleep.

The next day was Saturday, the day of the dance. Rebbecca and I took a bath and put on our costumes. Unfortunately Rebbecca made me wear make up and to curl my hair (how it is on the cover). Though I got to say I looked HOT! Not like my usual self.

" Wow, " Rebbecca said." You look AMAZING! What about me."

" Ditto!" She had on a nurse cap, nurse dress and red high heels. Her cap and dress both contained red crosses. She had on make up, straight hair and it looked good.

My mom said , when we went downstairs, " look at my little angel and nurse.So pretty!." Fortunately, my dad was working that day, I hate to imagine what he would say when he saw us.( My girls, my girls)!

We thanked our mom and went our separate ways. When I entered our school, I almost had a heart attack. It looked scarier than usual and decorations were every where. It wasn't long until someone spotted me and people started saying who's that. When I say Daniel my hert skipped a beat. He was wearing a devil costume. Totally not his style but he looked hot in it. Then he spotted me

Daniel's Point of View

I was waiting a while for Samantha and then an angel came through the door. A very pretty angel, that could have been the real thing. I knew that was Samantha. Nobody else could be that pretty here. 

 Boy, was she beautiful. It hard enough having to look at her with that pretty face, all day, that can make you blush in a millisecond. Yes she was that beautiful she can make a guy turn like a tomato. But now, DAMN! Thank God it was dark. 

She walked towards me and smiled. Oh no, somebody help me. I'm going to die from the blushing fetish." Hi." I managed to say.

"HI. What's up with the devil costume, it doesn't suit you."

" I decided to try something new."

She laughed. Every time she laughs I want to melt. A slow song came on and people around started dancing and smooching. It was pretty awkward." So ," I said." Wanna dance."

She nodded and we danced with the other people. But it only lasted for a second since the song changed to salsa. What did salsa got to do with Halloween, I didn't know.  People started dancing again and we tried to dance too. 

I never liked dancing salsa so much in my life! It was quite fun. It was like we practiced this. When we finished people clapped. Then we danced to a slow song. As we danced we started talking and then we stared in to each others eye. Then I was leaning and leaning and then she was gone. 

Samantha's POV

 " Let me go!"

Someone was dragging me away from Daniel. I saw him look around confused. Just great . Just when we were going to kiss. I think, maybe. Why else would he be leaning for.

The light turned on and I saw a handsome face staring at me smiling evilly. I looked around we were in a classroom. I tried running out but I slipped on my high heels. Just ending up in embarrassment. Now the boy was blocking the door. So I couldn't leave/

Then he pinned me to the wall. He looked at me and said." How do you feel about Daniel Santiago."

" Why do you need to know?"

He glared at me and kissed me in the mouth. I pushed him away and wiped my mouth with my sleeve. Then I slid down the wall and looked at the floor in shock. My first kiss. Like THAT?! The weird thing was that it was good.

" Tell me how you feel about him or you will get another one."

He sat down and lifted my chin so I could see his eyes. They were light blue and cold, very cold.

I spat at him , he wiped it and glared at me and was leaning towards me when I said." I like him. Happy?"

He smiled sadly." I was afraid you'll say that."

He pinned me to the wall and gazed into my eyes, his forehead touching mine.. I was shaking and in shock, wondering what he would do to me

Daniel POV

Where did she go. I started looking for her in the hall and met Brittney holding a glass. " We match, it must be fate."

I rolled my eyes but we were both devils. I couldn't help thinking she picked the perfect costume to describe her.

I started looking for Samantha again.

" You won't find her, I saw her running just now, crying and she went outside.

No way. The attempt of trying to kiss her didn't hurt her that much. Did it?

" You should give up on her, its obvious she doesn't like like you."

I smirked." I don't care, I'll make her fall in love with me."

She broke her glass with her bare hands and started crying. I was shocked and got caught up and said." Whats wrong."

" NO matter what I do, I confesses, I flirt, I demand and I go to such a length to try to kill her and yet you still don't understand how much I love you."

Samantha POV

He kissed me again and I recognized him. John Otero, the school's bad boy. I heard he wants every girl to fall in love with him or give up her virginity to him.Disgusting. There's no way in hell am I going to lose my virginity, not to him. I still couldn't move and then he lifted me up.

" Let me go!"

I punched and kicked but he ran and ran and he entered an empty classroom. No the nurse office. Unfortunately the nurse office had beds. 

" Think it's safe in here," said John. He looked out the window to the hall.

" Safe?"

" Form Brittney, I think she's trying to find and kill you again. I heard high heels." 

Sure enough I heard the clicking of heels. Then it faded in the distance. It was so dark, I only knew it was the nurse office since i was sitting on a bed.

" Why did you kiss me?"

" Huh?" He looked at me and couldn't believe what I was saying.

" Why did you kiss me?"

He leaned forward to me and said." You really don't know how pretty you look?"

" Huh?" I said lean back hitting the wall.

HE leaned even closer his nose barely an inch from mine. " Let's just say this, you're the most beautiful girl I ever seen." Then he kissed me again. 

I pushed him back." Don't kiss me , I barely know you."  Then I slapped him and ran outside, blushing like mad.

I'm back from my vacation and studies. Im glad I got so many votes and views.The angel custome is on the right but the dress is longer and covers the heels. Someone please comment.
