Chapter 6

Laila p.o.v

The next morning I woke up Nd went to the shower . I washed up and brushed my teeth and put on a black adidas shirt and black jeans . I put my white 5s on and put my hair in a bun . I grabbed my bag and saw my dad at the table .

" good morninng dad " I said smiling .

" good morning sweetie " he said " today we have some guest coming over "

" who " I asked

" you know the captain of your lacrosse team " he said

" yea " I said

" Her and her father are coming over for dinner tonight " he said smiling . I was so upset .

" dad I don't get along with her " I said complaining.

" well tonight you are " he said . My whole mood was now fucked up . I walked out the door and saw Jinaya outside waiting for me . I walked to her car and opened the door closing it .

" Wassup " she said

" hi " I said

" what's wrong " she asked

" My dad invited Hannah and her dad over for dinner" I said

" what " Jinaya said

" I can't be in the same room as her . I will go crazy " I said

" tell your dad you need to work on a project with me " she said

" I haven't been to school in a week and a few days . What project do I have " I asked

" um ask Michael and them to try to get you out of the situation" she said

" how " I said

" I don't know but it's just 2 hours come on . Try to believe she isn't there " she said

" I'll try " I said " but if she says one slick thing I'm slitting her throat" We got out the car and walked in the school building . I was walking past two boys and I could sense something about them . I stopped walking and starred at them . They looked back with a smile and kept walking .

" Laila you good " Jinaya asked

" yea " I said coming back to reality. The bell rung and I walked to my class . I hope today goes by quick .

It was the end of the day and I haven't seen Hannah yet . I walked to the field and saw the lacrosse team and coach . I walked to them and my coach greeted me.

" nice to have you back " she said and I nodded .

" so your next game is next week . I need everyone light on their feet but strong on defense . We need to win . Now everyone be at practice tomorrow " We all nodded and I saw those two boys on the field again and the sense came back . They looked at me and I saw their eyes flashed a blue color and went back to Brown .

" I can't wait for tonight . See you at your house " Hannah said startling me .

" like I really want you there " I said

"I can honestly spend the night at your house all I have to do is ask your dad . And it's a full moon tonight " she smiled

" how about you spend the night at your house and leave me alone " I said ans I walked to Jinaya's car and we left to my house . She dropped me off and I walked into my house . I sighed tonight is going to be crazy . I went to my room and went to sleep .

I soon woke up to someone shaking me and I popped up and saw it was my dad .

" get ready the guests are coming in a hour " he said . I groaned and got up . I walked to the bathroom and washed my face and brushed my teeth . I then went to take another shower and put on black jeans, a nice white shirt and black flats . I kept my hair in a bun and went downstairs to see my dad sitting down.  " the guest will be here soon " As soon as he said that the doorbell rang . I went to the door and opened it letting Hannah and her dad in .
