{M} Sabre POV:
I was making my daily rounds when, out of nowhere, a guard ran past me hastily, Sky in hot pursuit. How did I know it was Sky? I'd seen her hare after people enough times to recognize her running pattern. Without a second thought, I joined the chase. This was clearly not a drill or joke; the intensity in Sky's gaze as she ran past was all too real.
"Situation?" I yelled out to Sky as I began to catch up with her.
"Code: Iron!" she called back breathlessly, clearly getting exhausted. I knew that it wouldn't slow her down, though. She's too stubborn and passionate to give up a chase.
Code: Iron.... So this guard is an unknown intruder?
Suddenly, the guard fumbled in his steps, nearly tripping. Sky, using this to her advantage, tackled him, knocking the two of them straight down to the ground. Within seconds, she had the intruder's hands behind his back, and his face in the dirt of the palace courtyard.
"Assistance!" she requested as she finally looked back to me. I was surprised to find that it looked like she'd already caught her breath. I suppose she does have that daily workout routine of hers...
I quickly came to them, and, grabbing the intruder's left arm, helped Sky in yanking him to his feet. His arms were crossed behind his back, both of us with a hand near the shoulder and the elbow.
"Interrogation?" I suggested.
To my surprise, Sky shook her head. "Straight to Acacia. Something tells me this might get a little..." Sky didn't finish her words, but I could tell what she implied.
"Are you sure? Not just some wannabe?"
"Yes, I'm sure. The normal response wouldn't be to bolt it- most Steves know better than to run from trained Yellow guards and Elite. I guess this one's an exception, though."
I nodded, and we led the intruder through the palace. It was an easy task, as most people didn't seem to think this was different from the normal 'wannabe's' that get found out, not to mention that the intruder didn't even put up a fight. The whole way to Acacia he was trembling, and any time I glanced through the stolen visor he was wearing, I noted that his eyes were crazy with fear.
We finally got to Acacia, and cuffed the intruder into a chair. The next step would be the moment of truth: taking off his armor. Although I didn't doubt Sky, seeing as she seemed adept when figuring out who is which person, regardless of armor, I was suddenly anxious. Was this intruder's actions because of the darkness? Or is something else going on?
We all held our breath as Acacia, the Yellow Steve in charge of the serious interrogations, took off the helmet of the intruder. There was a collective gasp as we all saw who it was.
"An- an Indigo Steve?!"
