"You sir, have no life."

"Not true. That is not true Dean!"

"You just sat down and did a 2,000 piece puzzle in two days."

"So?"

"You need a girlfriend Cas. God, you're such a nerd."

"So?"

"You need a girlfriend! Someone to occupy your time."

"I have you. You take up a lot of my time Dean."

"Yeah well, it's not the same."

"What's so different?"

"I can't take up your time with kisses and cuddling on the couch, watching moves, bundled up in blankets, drinking hot chocolate in the winter."

"We basically do that anyway Dean."

"We don't kiss!"

"How do you know? You might get kissy when you're drunk."

"I do not! I know what I'm like when I'm drunk. I mean, I've had a few drinks today and I'm not making out with you yet."

"Yet?"

"I did not say that."

"Yes you did."

"No I didn't Cas! Jeez."

"Do you have plans to make out with me?"

"I never said that!"

"You hinted it."

"I did no such a thing!"

I shivered. "Fine. Why is the dorm so cold?"

"I'm not cold. Do you want my jacket?"

"No, I'll be fine. I mean I can always go to my room and get a sweatshirt." I said, slumping onto the couch. "Hey Dean."

"What Cas?"

"What if I don't want a girlfriend?"

"Then you're going to be a crazy cat lady when we graduate."

"No Dean. What if I want a-"

"I know what you mean Cas."

Then there was a long pause.

"Look, Cas, I've thought about that too. The whole, not wanting a girlfriend thing."

"Dean?"

"Yeah?"

"Do you. Do you have feelings for me?"

"I. I don't know Cas."

"Okay."

"I'll figure it out. I promise. I'll figure it out, eventually."

"Okay. Dean, don't stress out about it. We have finals in a week. But if it makes you feel any better, I love you. You're my best friend and I'll always support you, no matter what. I've know that I'm gay for a long time. I understand what you-"

Then he leaned forward and kissed me.
