Itsuka's Birthday-My Time In U.A One-Shot

Y/N's Pov

It was a fairly normal Sunday. I was studying for a bit in my room, and waiting for my friends to come by, as they had sent me a message about it. A bit unfortunately, Itsuka wasn't coming, as the girls went out for the day to go shopping and the guys came for a visit to my room. I still would've liked to spend some time with Itsuka today, but this option wasn't bad either.

I was just doing a quick read of everything I had written down in my notes, and soon enough, the guys came by. "Hey, Y/N! How you doing?" Asked Yosetsu, as they entered, then followed by Togaru, who said.

"Still studying? Really?" And then was followed by Tetsutetsu saying.

"Hey, my man's gotta keep his high score, doesn't he?" And assuming by the following grunt coming from Togaru, I realized that Tetsutetsu probably wrapped his arm around him to rustle his hair.

"Hey, guys. Give me a minute to finish here." I said to them, and even though I didn't hear them say anything, it was easy to assume that at least Yosetsu nodded at me.

What I was studying wasn't anything too important, but I still didn't like the idea of just dropping it midway, so might as well finish it. "Alright, we'll get started then." I just nodded at them, and took the moment to ask.

"What are we doing anyway?" To which, after a couple seconds, Yosetsu answered.

"Planning a birthday." It was something I wasn't too familiar with, since it had been years since my last birthday, but I could remember a bit of them, and I also remembered once when one of my employees asked for a free day on their birthday.

So in general, I had an idea of what a birthday was, but honestly, I probably didn't give them as much importance as I should, hence why I also don't know any of my classmates' birthdays. "Sounds great. Who's birthday is it?" I asked to them, though, I didn't get an immediate answer.

This confused me a bit, however, neither did I pay too much attention to it, but soon enough, they replied to me. "You don't know?" Asked Togaru, which confused me a bit, so I shook my head, signaling no, and so, Togaru finished with. "It's Kendo's birthday."

At first, the information didn't sink in, so I simply nodded a bit while saying. "Really? Cool." But as I went to take a sip out of my glass of water, it's when I realized what he said, so I immediately spit it out due to the shock, and turned to look at them, while exclaiming. "ITSU'S BIRTHDAY?!!!" And got very desperate about the entire situation. "WHEN IS IT? WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? AM I SUPPOSED TO GET HER A GIFT?!!!" And as moved around the room, I kept rambling about what to do, but without any true direction to follow.

As a quick guess, I probably spent two or three minutes while doing this, until Togaru finally made me snap out of it. "-/N! Y/N!!!" He exclaimed at me, then followed by a slap, which did 'wake' me up. "Calm down. Her birthday is in two weeks. That's why we gathered today, so we can all plan it. Understood?" It took me a moment to catch up entirely, and then nodded at him.

Togaru nodded back at me and then went back to sit down. "Alright. Now that that's settled, let's continue with the planning." Started explaining Yosetsu. "First things first: I think we should decide on a theme for the party. Any suggestions?" They all seemed to start thinking about what to say, but at the same time, it seemed as if they were mostly waiting for me to say something, since I was the closest with Itsuka.

I tried thinking a bit more than usual, however, I did feel a bit pressured, which was something new, and not that pleasurable. It took me a while, and still came a bit empty handed. "Well, I'm not entirely sure of what she would like, but I do know the things she likes." I started saying. "She really likes motorbikes and martial arts. To eat, she enjoys coffee and some spicy foods. However, when we go out on a date she usually likes to try new things, so maybe she'll want something like that as well." They all nodded in understanding, and kept thinking about what to say.
