(There nikki sat on the couch with victor and the baby in her arms)
Nikki: you know I thought this would be hard to rise obviously I was wrong.
Victor: we told you we would help you if you needed us.
(Suddenly Nikki gets a call from a hospital in Switzerland and it's her sister Casey if she's been hurt in a skiing accident and she has to leave)
Nikki: that was the hospital in Switzerland and they say that Casey's been hurt in a skiing accident and I have to be there for her and I'm the only family she's got.
Victor: that's okay we'll hold down the fort here.
Nikki: okay thank you, I can't take a baby into a hospital what do I do.
Nicholas: we will watch her
Victor: I will watch her
Nikki: are you sure

(It's finally 2002)
(Victor was talking with victoria about the trip)

Nikki: she's ok, how's ryder
Victor: she's ok, she's sleeping

Victoria: we went on a trip
Nikki: oh that sounds awesome
(on the baby monitor they hear ryder start to wake up)
Victoria: she must of heard your voice mom.
Nikki: oh she must have
Victoria: I will go get her
