CALE'S POOR LIFE IN WMMAP

Chapter 6

"Ron?!!!"  Cale said with her eyes wide and surprised.

'Of all people why did she have to meet Ron first.  She knew the god would bring her family but she didn't expect to see him so soon.

Cale was surprised by Ron's appearance who looked younger than before.  He looked to be in his 30s and his killing aura was stronger than before.  In this world it seems that he remains the strongest assassin.

After hearing Cale's words, Ron's gaze immediately turned cold as if he wanted to kill him straight away.  However, he needed to interrogate her first.

"Hoo... How do you know my name?!"  Ron asked coldly.

Cale guessed that Ron didn't recognize her because her body had turned into a girl's.  However, Cale felt that something was off about Ron.  She paused for a moment to think carefully about the answer and to confirm her guess.

“Cale Henituse” Cale said looking straight into Ron's eyes with a serious look.

Ron was very interested in this little rabbit because even though there was the strongest assassin in front of her, she still looked at him and answered him fearlessly as if she had known him for a long time.

"Who's he?!"  Ron asked still looking at Cale with a cold gaze.

Ron already knew that the princess in front of him was abandoned by the emperor and that there wasn't a single servant to take care of her because of rumors of a curse.  So he wondered how a little princess who lived alone could survive and get information about him.

He had never heard of Cale Henituse's name.  What was more puzzling was how Cale henituse knew him. His identity is very secret and hidden.

Even though his name is well known throughout the world, no one knows his face.  No one knows him because he instantly kills anyone who sees his face.  While the little princess who was exiled in the cold palace easily recognized him.

He didn't doubt the answer of a child who wasn't even a year old because her gaze was extremely serious and his behavior was not like that of a normal child who would normally cry.  He felt the princess's answer had a hidden meaning but he didn't know what it was.

After hearing Ron's answer, Cale widened her eyes for a few seconds and returned to her expressionless face.  From Ron's response, she confirmed her guess that Ron had no memory of his previous life.  She then realized that the god only brought her family.  But not with memory.

Cale was in deep thought thinking about her answer until sweat started dripping from his forehead.  She couldn't immediately answer that she knew him in another world.  Ron would think he was crazy and kill him straight away.

“God…” Cale muttered unintentionally speaking his thoughts.

'Bastard god.  How will they help me if they have no memory of me.'  Cale was annoyed with the gods not helping her but only adding to the burden of the problem.

However, for Ron who had very keen hearing could hear Cale's muttering.  He misunderstood that Cale was a god.

Ron did not believe in the existence of a god.  Even though he had gone through a lot of suffering there was no divine help.  He could only rely on his own strength.

A deadly aura emitted from Ron, he moved quickly right in front of Cale and aimed his knife at Cale's left chest.

Cale was confused and surprised by Ron's movements.  She didn't see Ron move and was suddenly in front of her with a knife aimed at her heart.  Cale's mind quickly thought of a way to deal with it but her body couldn't react quickly because her body was still small and also Ron's movements were very fast.

“Tch” Cale clicked his tongue in annoyance about experiencing death a third time.

'Looks like this time I can rest and don't have to finish the deal with the bastard gods because of their own fault' Cale thought with a smile.

Just as Cale had given up, there was suddenly a light with a silver shield protecting Cale from Ron's attack.

Ron was startled by the light and his knife bounced off.  However, upon seeing the silver shield, his body froze and suddenly a new memory ran through his head.

Cale was taken aback by the state of Ron who had suddenly froze with wide eyes and not blinking.

“Oii” Cale tried to call out to Ron but there was no reaction from him.

Cale was confused by Ron's condition because her ancient powers shouldn't have attacked Ron and only defended protecting her.

Cale used the opportunity to exit the palace and planned to hide around the dead mana lake.

Cale was afraid that the moment Ron came to his senses, he would instantly kill her.  Therefore, she decided to use the lake as a trap and prepared to use her ancient powers against him.

As Cale opened the palace exit, she was surprised to see Ron already in front of her.

"Damn"

“Where do you want to go, young master?”
