Here is where I am going to post my workout routine and diet!!
DIET:
This first month I am going to be taking in around 800 cals a day!! I am going to be trying to eat more fruit and vegetables and not eat that much junk food. If I want to eat something that is junk food I'm going to go by the serving size. (Remember you can eat what you love just in moderation)!!! I am also going to try and drink 8 bottles of water a day cause I definitely don't drink enough water. This is just a me thing but I am going to be cutting out juice and soda and stuff and only try to drink water or tea. Everyday I will show you guys what I eat, how much water I drink and the calories in my food also.WORKOUT:
I get home from school around 4:25pm so at 4:30 I'm going to be going on a 30-45 min walk everyday not matter what. I have a really hard time actually getting steps in so I hope this helps. I don't really know what workouts I'm going to be doing but i will post what workout I choose to do everyday!! I will also post how many calories I burn and how many steps I take!!
