"Everest come down me and your mom have some news for you!" my pa said. "yes give me a minute!" I replied while wondering what they were going to tell me
"what is it?" I said in a curious tone. "so.. recently your father just got a new job as a CEO in a company!" my ma replied. "wait really? that is awesome! I am so happy for you dad!" I squealed in excitement.
"But the thing is Everest, the company is in another country," pa said. "what.. so that means I have to move into a new college..? I replied in a nervous tone.
"yes sorry dear," my ma said. "it is fine, when are we going..?",
"Tomorrow but Don't worry my assistants have prepared your room and even new clothes for you," my dad said.
"But pa! you should have told me earlier I didn't even get to say bye to my friends.."
I left the living room and went straight to my room feeling annoyed.
An hour passed after I texted Maple and Nova about the news and how sad I was, They were happy for me and supportive I'm going to miss them both so much they have always been happy for me and now I am just leaving them without a proper goodbye.. but come to think of it, It is not my fault my parents told me last minute...
