[Y/N's] POV.

"I think that's Duke Hammerström." Aisha says while looking through the window as I sit on the couch.

"Duke Hammer-who?" Bloom asks, with her elbows on the table as she's sitting on the ground.

"Hammerström."

"He's like, um.. like a Solarian Jeff Bezos." Stella simply explains from the bathroom.

"Duke Oscar Hammerström. Mind fairy. Graduated '82. Now has a monopoly on Otherworld products." Aisha says while reading her notes.
"Woah, you made note cards for the alums?" Flora asks surprised while walking  to Aisha.

"Mh-hmm. They are conversation starters." Aisha nods.

"Not entirely sure that's how conversations work."

"So, is everyone that went to Alfea, like Duke Hammerstrong? Like are there no normal jobs in the Otherworld? No accountants-" Stella cuts off Bloom.

"Of course there are. It's just most of them didn't go to Alfea. I mean, the reason why all the alums are so powerful is because this school is the best." Stella explains while painting Terra's nails.

"I think I found the best way into the East wing." Bloom starts after slamming the pencil on the table.

"And don't freak out, but I think it's easier if I just go by myself. " she says as they all look at her in disbelief.

"What?"

"No way."

"Yeah, easier to get yourself killed." I say before being elbowed by Musa.

"It's fine. Plus, if I get caught, I can work my way out with Rosalind." Bloom says, as I hear footsteps approaching and seconds later someone knocking on the door.

Stella stands up and heads to the door, before going out and letting it slightly open.

Seconds later Stella comes in, "Who was it?" I ask her as she sighs.

"Beatrix," she answer before I stand up heading to the door, trying to pass by the blonde but she stops me.

"Where are you going?" she asks stepping before me, while putting her hands on my shoulders.

"To talk to her," I reply raising my eyebrows.

"I know what you really mean with 'Talk to her.' I still remember last year. And Terra and Musa told me what happened with Rosalind." she talks while slowly pushing back to the couch as I sit down with a sigh.

"What happened last year?" Aisha asks whilst furrowing her eyebrows as Musa and Bloom glance at me.

"Y/n has beaten up a second year girl because she was talking shit about Stella. You should've seen the girl's state." Flora laughs as their jaw drop.

"Are you serious?" Bloom asks in surprise while looking at me.

"Well, she almost got expelled but I did my part." Stella says in delight.

"And what about the Rosalind part?" Bloom asks with a more serious expression.

"Beatrix told Rosalind that me and Riven know who helped Silva escape."

"What?"

"Are you kidding?"

"How? How did she know?" Bloom asks in confusion.

"I wish I knew that. Rosalind attacked our mind." I explain as they attentively listen.

"And then? Did you admit?" Aisha asks impatiently.

"That's the problem. I don't remember anything after that." I answer as she exhales.

"Of course she did something to your mind," Stella says.

After wearing a loose black suit and a white shirt matching my white and black shoes, we all enter the decorated courtyard as I scan the room.

I see some waiters passing by and guards standing around the room.
Musa and Terra glance at us while walking away as Bloom nods before slightly turning her head back.

"I assume the guardswill clear out once the banquet starts." she starts whispering to me and Stella.

"But if not, maybe one of you can form a distraction." Bloom opens her mouth again before I talk.

"You look gorgeous Stella," I suddenly say after hearing a person approaching as the both of them look at me in confusion.

"Don't you all look lovely?" Rosalind stops in front of us as they finally catch on.

"Big night." Bloom chuckles falsely at her.

"Bigger than you know. Walk with me." Rosalind guides Bloom away as she looks back at us whilst making some gestures with her hand.

"That doesn't seem good," Aisha mumbles.

"I'm choosing to exist on the positive. Keep me posted. Oh, and thank you for the compliment." Stella smiles at me before walking to her uncle.

"I swear, that asshole makes me so mad, every time I see her I'm holfing myself from swinging at her." I say while glaring at Rosalind from afar and shoving my hands in my pockets.

"We can tell," Aisha says as Flora chuckles.

"Well, just three of us, shall we try some real human conversations without beating anyone up?" Flora says sarcastically while linking her arm with mine.

"I'm not a robot," Aisha sighs as we walk.

"And I'm not belligerent." I say as she playfully rolls her eyes.

"Of course you're not," she says.
