Capitulo 3

Josh sat on the bed and took hold of his head. He's been acting this way since he put Pete to bed hours ago. But, no matter how much time passed, his thoughts returned to the same place.

"... Are you unwilling?"

Mark's voice washed over the void of consciousness. Mark approached Josh, who was sighing.

"Actually, I signed the contract about a week ago, but I was afraid you wouldn't accept it, so I was about to reject it." But the contract's terms are really good. It's not easy for them to pay that much... Miller spends too much money."

All he needed was money, so he had no choice but to accept it. If he had such a good chance, everyone would have praised him. God created Chase Miller's body with all his might, but he forgot to give him humility. Josh was sarcastic as a result of this.

Mark shook his head and remained silent.

Mark added Josh, who was once again stumped and silent.

"It is estimated that it will last 3 to 6 months. If the period continues, I'll figure it out... If you're in a hurry, consider this an opportunity," he said a few more words before walking away.

Josh has been frustrated since then.

Why only that man?

The answer was obvious. Celebrities are willing to pay exorbitant fees to ensure their safety.

To deal with the situation, Josh needed his rotten money. Unfortunately, it was a reality he had to face. The results were nearly identical no matter how many times you thought about it. The answer had already been decided by the time the sky became visible.

The maximum term was only six months. He stated that he would not grant any contract extensions at the end of the term. That will be handled by Mark.

Josh waited for Mark's courage before calling him and asking the first question:

Mark responded to Josh's skin crawling on the back of his neck:

"It's just me, Seth, Henry, and Isaac."

Except for Josh, everyone was there. Mark continued:

"Henry appears to have played again; he claimed to have run out of money."

Seth immediately accepted the amount of money, and Isaac was forced to join them for the amount of money he "loaned" to Henry.

"Henry stole and gambled away all of Isaac's money. In any case, the issue is between them."

It wasn't Henry's first time stealing Isaac's wallet. Josh opened his mouth and sighed bitterly.

"I'll accompany you."
