Why you broke up

Stefan:

He worried to much for Elena and ended up canceling one too many dates and you had, had enough.

Damon:

He killed Lexi, your best friend. Lexi and you were best of friends, like sisters, and he took that from you. It hurt to much to look at him, so you just left.

Matt:

Matt kept dragging you into worried states. He was human, and it scared you to know at any moment he could leave you. One day it got to be too much for you when he came home nearly dead.

Tyler:

Tyler kissed Caroline, plain and simple. You were walking to her house to see if she could help you with some homework when you caught them making out on her front steps.

Jeremy:

He was always with Bonnie or talking to his dead girlfriends. You trusted him a lot, but once you walked in on him a Bonnie in an intense stare and you just gave up.

Kol:

It was far to one sided. You were planning all the dates and he was coming way to late, not bothering to even speak to you.

Elijah:

It was a mutual decision. He was busy in New Orleans with Klaus and you were still in Mystic Falls trying to survive your regular life, the supernatural things weren't helpful either. You both grew distant and didn't bother to hold onto the feelings you once had.

Elena:

She kept thinking about Stefan and Damon, but she also complain about how her life was to much trouble. She didn't care for your feelings, and never asked about your day. One day, you just snapped and ended it.

Rebekah:

Rebekah was always getting herself into trouble helping Klaus. Klaus himself never bothered you, but her coming home bloody and with another person to add to the list of people she killed. You were scared that she was turning into Klaus.

Caroline:

One day she flipped her switch and not even you could turn it back. Caroline lost almost everything, and it pushed her over the edge. She left you with a bloody knife on the floor as you clutched your bleeding arm.
