Ch. 5

                                                            Third Person POV 

Oliver walks into the sitting room where Moira Queen is sitting on the couch with Walter standing behind the couch and Thea Queen standing next to the couch.

 " Over the past 15 years, Mr. Redman has withdrawn more than 30 million dollars from the plant's account. Mr. Redman claims refunding the Halcyon pension plan has always been his intent. But sources say Redman was coerced by the vigilante." Newscaster said 

Sketch of the Arrow appears on the television with the caption reading MYSTERIOUS HOODED VIGILANTE. Oliver extends his arm in disbelief toward the television. 

" This guy gets more air-time than the Kardashians, right? " Oliver said 

"Five years on an island and you still know who they are." Thea said  

"I've been catching up. It's nice to see how much our culture has improved while I was away. " Oliver said 

" No, the city used to be different. People used to feel safe." Moria said 

" Oh, what's the matter, Mom? Afraid we're gonna be next?" Thea said 

"By the way where's Olivia?" Oliver asked 

"Still asleep I'm assuming," Moria said 

"I'll go get her," Oliver said 

Oliver knocks on Olivia's door, there was no answer, 

"Olive? it's Oliver," Oliver said as he slowly opened the door, to see she is no where to be found, and by the looks of it her bed wasn't even slept in,

                                       Olivia POV 

I was out all night and to avoid the wrath of mom I decided to climb up to my window, I sit on the ledge of the window opening my window, 

Entering my room, taking my jacket off, 

I shut my window, 

I hear someone clear their throat, 

I scrunch my nose, slowly turning around to see Oliver, 

He walks towards me, 

"Where were you?" He asked 

I didn't answer,

"Olive?" He asked, 

I just crossed my arms, pretty much telling him my lips are sealed, 

"Fine let's go," He said grabbing my arm, 

"Just read out a brief, prepared statement to the judge, and then your death-in-absentia judgment will be voided." Walter explained 

"It's fine, Walter, I've been in a courtroom before." Oliver said  

Tommy enters. 

"Four times by my estimate. You know, there was the DUI, the assault on that paparazzi douchebag, stealing that taxi, which was just awesome, by the way, and who could forget peeing on the cop?" Tommy said  

" I wish everyone would." Mom said  

"I'd hang, but we're headed to court." Oliver said 

" I know, that's why I'm here. My best friend is getting legally resurrected, I wouldn't miss this for the world." Tommy said 

"Right. Okay." Oliver whispers 

 (normal volume to Thea) 

"What about you? " Oliver asked 

"Oh, I think the first four times of you in court was enough for me." Thea said 

" Fair enough." Oliver said  

Thea walks out of the room. Diggle enters.

" Mrs. Queen? Car's ready." Dig said 

 Diggle, Moira, Walter exit. 

" Walter." Tommy said 

I was about to leave, 

"I don't think so," Oliver said grabbing my arm lightly
