Quiet Tears H.P

It has been the roughest year Harry has ever had. Every year someone or something tries to murder him. Why is this year the worst than the others? Well the person trying to kill him is his godfather. He was his parents friend and the reason they're dead. He has refused to even open the photo album.

His life has always been hard, but he acts okay all the time. Especially with his sarcasm.

I had been looking for him for about three hours now. Nobody's seen him all day. At first we assumed he was late for breakfast. Then, he didn't show up for any of his classes. I've missed two periods already, but Fred and George can probably help. They always have a solution no matter how dangerous it is.

I was by the Black Lake when I heard muffled crying. It got clearer as I walked towards to the edge of the Forbidden Forest. The person was clearly covering their mouth in an attempt to not be heard. When they weren't seen either I knew who it was.

"Harry,"I whispered. There was no reply. I grabbed the cloak and pulled it off. There he was with red eyes and tear streaks down his cheeks. His entire face was puffy. You could see clear blood on his lips. It was most likely from biting down to not to be heard.

I took a seat by him and gently ran my fingers through his hair. He put put his head to his knees, and I just kept stroking his hair. After a while his shoulders were shaking less.

"I can't imagine what you're feeling right now, but you can always talk to me,"I assured him. "I don't want to be seen like this. Especially not by you,"He told me. His voice was raspy from the sobbing. I took no offense to that statement. I know exactly why he said that.

"I'm not leaving you Harry. I promise you that I'll always be here. That's never changing,"I told him. He still wouldn't look at me. I gently grabbed his chin and made him look at me.

"I'm never leaving,"I said again before gently kissing his lips. It was metallic. I took the side of my robe and wiped the blood off them..

"Do you want to stay out here for a bit?"I asked. "Yeah. That sounds like a good idea seeing as I'm a complete mess,"He said before laying his his head on my shoulder.
