No POV
The beep of a heart monitor could be heard as Vi and Caitlyn stand beside the bed of Y/n, who was covered in bandages.
A heart monitor along with a IV bag was hooked up to him. He's been out for three days now.
"I just... they said he died in the fire." Vi said leaning against Caitlyn.
"I've looked over the reports and they say no body was ever found." Caitlyn says. "Him still being alive was a possibility."
Vi stays silent as she stares at her brother on the bed before finally. "I don't want to loose him, not again. I need to apologize too."
"You can when he wakes up. He might not be too thrilled though." Caitlyn says and Vi just sighs.
The door opens and the two women turn to see the principal of UA enter the room.
"Nezu what are you doing here?" Vi ask the chimera like principal.
"Greetings. I am here to discuss what will be come of Young Y/n when he awakens." Nezu said hopping onto the foot of the bed. "More precisely your role in the matter."
"My role?" Vi ask slightly confused.
"Yes. I was able to convince the association that due to being taken in by villians at such a young age after such a traumatic event he was brainwashed by them." Nezu tells the two and pauses letting them take in the information.
Nezu continues. "He will of course need to stay with someone, a hero to be specific. It just so happens that his closest relative is infact a hero."
"So he'll be staying with me?" Vi ask and Nezu nods.
"Correct." Nezu tells her. "Also he may have a mental issue or two if what the leader of the League said holds any truth."
"He called Powder schizophrenic." Vi recalled.
Before Nezu could respond the three of them hear a groan and turn to see Y/n waking up. He first sets his eyes on Nezu.
"Mousey bear." Y/n says weakly staring at the chimera.
"Greetings." Nezu said suprisng Y/n.
"It talks." Y/n says suprised. "My schizophrenia is acting up again."
"No Nezu is real, you aren't seeing things." Caitlyn says making Y/n turn to her and Vi by association.
Y/n stays silent as he looks at the two and a slight scowl appears on his face. It however quickly is replaced with a smile.
"How do you feel Powder?" Vi ask him.
Y/n however ignores her.
"Jinx she asked you a question." Caitlyn says.
"Sorry didn't know she was talking to me." Y/n responds with a giggle at the end. "I'm fine, for someone who's suppose to be dead."
"Ah yes, you did attempt to dispose of yourself." Nezu says. "Do you have a tendency to do such things?"
"Seemed fun... and I'm on my own now." Y/n says with a shrug.
"I see." Nezu says staring at Y/n with his beady eyes unnerving the boy.
"Pow- Y/n." Vi says and he looks at her. "You will be staying with me."
"Why?" He ask. "I'm a villian."
"Which brings me to the next matter." Nezu says gaining everyone's attention. "Y/n here will be attending UA for the new villian rehabilitation program."
"Huh?!" Vi and Y/n both say.
"Is this a new program?" Caitlyn ask.
"Indeed. Hero's need to learn to save everyone and that does include villians." Nezu says. "What better way to learn how to do so than to help one."
"I think it would be a good idea." Vi said.
"Great you just need to sign this." Nezu says handing her a paper. "Seeing as you are his legal guardian now."
"I don't wanna!" Y/n complains.
"Jinx you need help." Caitlyn says.
That was the moment the doctor walked into the room. "I see the paitent is awake."
The doctor approaches Y/n who stares at him wearily.
"I'll have to ask you three to leave the room." The doctor said to the heros.
"I'm his sister can I stay?" Vi ask and after a moment the doctor nods.
"I see no problem with it."
After a few test that Y/n did reluctantly it was revealed that he did infact have schizophrenia. When the doctor had eventaually got out what he noramlly sees Vi was suprised and felt guilt over.
Y/n also seemed to have somewhat of a persontaily disorder along with PTSD. The doctor could only perscribe medicine for his schizophrenia however.
Vi and Caitlyn now sat by Y/n's bed as they explained to him that he'd have to stay with them, since they live together.
"Great." Y/n mutters pouting like a child.
Hearing a knock at the door Catilyn gets up to answer it and finds Jiro.
"Is Y/n up?" She ask.
"Yes." Caitlyn tells her letting her into the room.
Jiro walks in and sees Y/n sitting on the bed with his head turned away from Vi. He turns his head and spots her and his eyes light up.
"Iro!" Y/n says happily making her roll her eyes.
"Why didn't you tell me you were Jinx?" She ask him.
"You didn't ask?" Y/n says with a shrug.
Jiro sighs and stabs him with her ear jacks.
"OW! What was that for?!"
"The stupid thing you did at the USJ."
Y/n pouts as he rubs the area he was stabbed in. Caitlyn and Vi looked on with smiles.
"At least he has a friend." Caitlyn said and Vi nodded agreeing.
"When can he leave?" Jiro ask.
"Today." Vi said. "He'll be living with me. Just a physical left and then we can leave."
"I don't like the doctor." Y/n mutters causing Jiro to giggle.
