"Honey, I think my canary got out of her cage again!" Elizabeth hollers at her grand daughter from the 1940's style sun-room.
"Gramma, your canary died three years ago. I have no clue what you're talking about." Halee gently coo's to her grandmother while handing her a small blue capsule with a glass filled about half way with water.
Elizabeth sits down into the wicker chair behind her and mumbles,"I could've swore that I still had that thing."
"Gramma, I have a photo shoot for a newly-wed couple at 4:00 o'clock. Do you think you can handle holding the fort down, or should I take you with me?" Halee says with a soft tone to her grandmother.
"Oh, don't you worry about me, honey. I'll be just fine." Elizabeth says with a sense of confidence in her voice.
"I'm gonna trust you today. Do you want me to grab you a sudoku book from the convenience store first?" Halee asks her grandmother.
"Don't worry about this ole hag." Her gramma chuckles.
