I started dating Soojin, we we're happy together not until I knew I have Cardiac Arrest for a long time, I can't tell Soojin because I know how will she react to this. I kept this as a secret from her and my friends as well.

Not until a accident happened.....

"AMBULANCE SIREN" a drunk - driving accident occurred in our town, and I'm a victim.... I was taken to the hospital without Soojin knowing, But Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon and Yuqi saw what happened to me..... Soyeon immediately called Soojin regarding my condition.... I just know how Soojin will react to this.... "PHONE RING (3x)" Why is Soyeon calling me? what's happening? Soojin said, "Hey Soyeon, Why?" "Soojin......" Soyeon answered while tearing, "What happened girl? is there something wrong?" Soojin answered back "Soojin.... Shuhua is at the hospital right now....." Soyeon answered "WHAT??? WHAT HAPPENED TO HER???" Soojin replied holding back her tears. "Car Crash.... Drunk driving..." Soyeon replied again..... "Okay.... I'll be right there" Soojin said.

Soojin arrived at the hospital at last minute.... I only have 1 minute to talk to her.

I saw Soojin crying while holding my hand and she said "Shuhua, please don't die..." I held her hand for one last time while crying...... "I won't die...HAHA" "I won't leave you" I said to her, she hugged me tight for my last minute. and then..... the monitor pictured a straight line...... I'm dead...... I told Soojin "I love you Soo.... I have Cardiac arrest... I didn't tell you... I'm sorry, I love you so much, It's my time to go." Soojin shouted and cried seeing me sleep until I die... I will forever treasure the moments we spent together as enemies and as a couple.

Soojin visited Shuhua's grave at the cemetery... tearing... 

You said you won't leave me, but you did...... I love you.... please comeback Shuhua. Soojin said. she added, I will forever treasure our moments and memories together, my love, my girl, I love you Shuhua.
