I woke up rubbing my eyes lazily as everything that happened yesterday came flooding back to me. I remembered how Rin had been a total ass to me, I growled at the thought. I quickly got up and got dressed in some awesome cloths, black pants, tucking my tail in the back,that were probably guys pants, they were slightly baggy, the pants had a silver chain on them and were slightly ripped at the knee. I tossed on a plain red tank top and my red high tops. I changed my hair color to black and tied it up in a ponytail, I gave myself some bangs that fell just over my left eye and had red tints, I didn't want to change my appearance too much, people would start to get suspicious. I put on a baseball, backwards, like a gangsta'.
I would never tell anyone this, but I always had a black, wicked sharp, right-handed, switch-blade, that could do a fair amount of damage to demons, in my pocket, just in case a situation a raised itself, or if Rin decided to be a jerk today.
I walked out of my room and made my way to the kitchen, listening to my favorite song, Take Off by 2pm (the irony is that that's the ending song for blue exorcist X3 ), I walked in to the main kitchen, opened the fridge, pulled out and apple and started munching on it the same time as Rin walked into the kitchen, yawning. He saw me and had a sad look on his face, I just glared at him and took another bit out of my apple.
"H-hey bunn-" he started, but I cut him off
"You are not to call me bunny,that is a nickname reserved for my friends to call me, and like I said last night, were enemies now," I said coldly
He just shrugged, "I'll call you whatever I want, YOU'RE not in control of MY life!"
"Well, it is MY name so I get to decided who calls me what, get it pretty-boy?" I spat back at him, he winced
"Whatever" he said while waving his hand dismissively
"Oh no you didn't" I said snapping my fingers in a Z-formation, "NO body 'whatever's me, ya dig?" He just let out a small laugh at my weirdness, "and what are you laughing at?"
"What do you think?"
"If your laughing at me, I swear to god I will rip out your throat!"
"Have fun trying" he said,
"THAT'S IT!!!" I yelled as I lunged at him, tackling him to the ground, I haven't had much experience in hand-to-hand combat, so he easily beat me, pinning me to the ground under him, "well... This is awkward..."
He realized this and got off me, allowing me to sit up. Yukio must have heard the commotion, because he walked in a minute later and saw me and Rin sitting on the floor across from each other, laughing like old chums, Yukio let out a relieved sigh, "I thought you guys were killing each other in here!" I laughed
"Hell naw, buddy! Rin's ok!" I said playfully punching his shoulder, maybe a little too hard cuz he fell out off his chair on to the floor.
"Ok ok, don't hurt Rin though" Yukio said whilst picking a laughing Rin off the floor.
I shrugged, "I guess I'll try,"
"Well, we should get to the cram school and start class,"
"Yeah ok, I'll be right back," I ran to my room and grabbed my skate board and rode into the kitchen, shouting, "LETS GET GOING BOYS~!" I rode out of the kitchen
"HEY, WAIT UP!!" They both shouted, chasing after me.
"ONLY IF YOU CAN CATCH ME~!!!" I turned around slightly and winked at them. I burst through the main door and rode faster down the sidewalk, ducking under people, flipping over benches, flicking people off who walked in my way. My black hair, still in it's ponytail, flew behind me. The feeling of finally being free was awesome. I made my way to the cram school and burst through the class room door shouting at the students who were already there, "WAZ UP Y'ALL?!"
