Vlad has blood flow vision, consumption, and empowerment can control people's minds through hypnosis and has retractable sharp teeth and razor sharp claws, he can shapeshift into a cloud of mist, a swarm of bats and rats he can also turned into a black wolf and much like Mal his eyes can change the color of his eyes to a bright red.
Personality: Vlad is a gentleman, a fun loving caring person but he broods a lot he can also be suave and charming but be viral almost animal when he hungers for blood though he a sweet person he struggles to control his thrist for blood and often have nightmares of his father's crimes.
