Bella and klaus

Klaus pov
Seeing her sitting there and eating her food made my heart swell a bit. Made me feel something I've never really felt before. Her happy smile was something that I would never want to take away. "Oh love you all messy from eating". Taking a napkin I was able to clean her up quickly as possible. Her smile never left her face as she immediately wanted cuddles. Her big doe eyes and that small pout when I told her she would have to wait was utterly adorable. When I finished cleaning up the table from the mess she hugged me and clung to my shirt. She was incredibly quiet for someone being so excited for a hug. Bella clung to my shirt even tighter and I felt my shirt getting wet. I turned around and  saw her. She looked at me, her eyes filled with tears. "are you going bye bye like Edward did?...." Her voice broke as tears fell down her cheeks and I felt terrible, how could he possible make this precious little go through so much pain of being abandoned. I knew what it felt like.  "No Bella, darling, I'm not going anywhere". I hugged her and told her to go sit on the couch and watch a simple movie. I want to be more than just a caregiver for her I want to be something more. But friends are more important to her than being a lover. And I do not mind waiting at all.
