The lights started blinking.
Melissa, "We have to go."
Joe, "What happened to you?" Traces the scars on her back.
Melissa switches the subject, "Joe, do you hear that?"
Joe peeped his head up and turned his attention to what was going on around him. Then someone barges into the office, armed but Joe handled the armed guard. Melissa grabbed new pants from the storage closet in the Chief's office.
Joe, "Stay beside me the entire time so I can get you out of here." Melissa nods in agreement.

Joe and Melissa went down the dark halls as some crazied prisoners ran by knocking into them. The guards and prisoners ran out the doors and into another set of doors.
Guard, "WE HAVE TO GET MOVING. SOMEONE SET OFF SOME SMOKE BOMBS THAT'S ABOUT TO CLEAR OUT THIS WHOLE PRISON. WE HAVE TO GET THESE PRISONERS INTO THE YARD AND OVER TO THE NEW BUILDING ORDERS FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE."
Dispatch, "Melissa Sullivan is nowhere to be found. Suspect escape in process. Copy."
The sirens started going off signaling there were someone trying to escape. Melissa tense up beside Joe but he signals for her to stay calm and quiet.
Joe and Melissa get into the elevator. For a minute they were on the elevator by themselves then another guard joined but he quickly gets off when they reach the second floor. Then another guard jumps on. Joe looks at Melissa underneath the hat as she looks up worried at him. He mouthed "it's okay" to her and signal for her to breath. Melissa anxiety was on the verge on breaking her down until the guard finally gets off the elevator and Joe grabs a hold of Melissa as she let out cries.
Joe, "How have your panic attacks been?"

Melissa cries, "Bad. So bad. Some of the bruises someone did. But some I did from having panic attacks and they throw me in a cell and allow me to hurt myself. I couldn't help it Joe. It's been so miserable without you. And I lost the baby. I didn't know I was pregnant."
Joe in disbelief about the baby, "What? It's okay...it's not your fault" comforts her and she squeezes onto him, "It's okay. Yasmine is at the house and she treat them and they'll go away. But you just point out to me what bitch put her hands on you." Hearing the news about the baby did make Joe eyes water and he felt so bad because Melissa's been through so much. And the efforts of her trying to keep their family together and put up with him made me more glad that he made this decision against all laws and consequences.

Joe and Melissa started running down the halls and the guards registered them as escapes and started chasing them. Bullets started flying behind Melissa and Joe. Joe defends them, shooting back. Joe and Melissa makes it onto another elevator.
Guard, "GUARD 112788 ANNOUNCE YOURSELF! WHAT IS YOUR POSITION!"
Joe looked at Melissa confused and Melissa looked back at him. The guard turns to confront Joe and Melissa and Joe quickly cuts the guards head off:
