Decepticon of Infinite Stratos (OP!Soundwave!Reader x Infinite Stratos)

Prologue: I'm just getting started

The IS unit or more specifically, the Infinite Stratos unit. An advanced exoskeleton design originally meant for space exploration, but has been converted to fulfill certain combat roles. All thanks to it's creator, Dr. Tabane Shinonono. Due to this, warfare has dramatically changed and almost all nations have signed an accord, agreeing to the limiting of IS combat operations so as ensure peace in the long-run. However, since Japan is the nation where the IS unit was originally from, the other nations have compelled Japanese authorities to establish, fund and also run a new Academy specifically for training new pilots. And since the IS can only be piloted by women, this has led to a significant shift in the social order as women are now more dominant.

Around the same time, however, a fresh but little-known company, called Cybertron Enterprises, has been on the rise and within just a few years, it has entered the global market as a major player. Many economic experts have pointed this out as due to the ambitious drive of it's founder, CEO and owner, Mr. Y/N L/N. Nobody really knows what he actually looks like, and the few state leaders as well scientists and directors from other companies have reported that he gave off a really intimidating vibe the entire time. They even said that facing him was almost like being a kid under a strict parent, and that it was almost impossible to counter his every move.

So much so that Cybertron Enterprises has virtually attained universal status, with a budget slightly higher than even some of the wealthiest countries. It has also earned a strong reputation for philanthropy, often easily donating large sums of money and undertaking large-scale infrastructure projects (in green energy, healthcare, education, industrial and business startups, etc.) in order to help support all the less-developed countries. As such, many nations could very easily call upon the aid from Cybertron when needed.

Behind the scenes, however, Cybertron has been paying very close attention to the new developments in the IS world ever since it made it's first appearance (thanks to good old Dr. Tabane Shinonono). As such, it has also been undertaking secret development efforts of it's own, which were to be unveiled once Cybertron's entry into the IS market is fully confirmed. Most of the regional directors had been pushing for an early announcement for the entry but were soon pacified by the CEO.

(3rd person POV; Cybertron Enterprises, Asian regional HQ, Seoul)

In a large secret hall, we see several officials and directors seated around a great conference desk (a Round Table-esque style). At one end of the room, we see the logo of Cybertron Enterprises. On the other end, we see a tall masked figure, dressed in an expensive dark purple business suit, calmly seated and overseeing the meeting which has brought all the regional directors of the company together. Several armed guards are positioned near the entrances, as well as in the corridors outside the hall. There is an ongoing general debate about announcing Cybertron's entry into the IS market.

Cybertron European regional director (arises): Honorable members of Cybertron, it is with a strong desire that I feel we must announce our entry into the IS market. Doing so will legitimize our new operations. (sits down right after)

Cybertron North and South American regional directors (also arise): We both agree. The potential of the IS market will definitely enable us to further broaden our horizons. (sits down)

Cybertron Africa and Oceania regional directors (both arise): We disagree. We cannot just rush into the market so blindly, since we have yet to fully understand the technology behind it. As a result, if we do not take all precautions, we could possibly end up really underperforming in this new market. (sit down)

Cybertron Asia regional director (arises): I agree with the entry into the IS market. Our company can easily prepare for this new shift, and since the debate of this summit is now 4-2 in favor of entry, I feel that we can proceed. CEO Sir, (turns to Y/N) do we go ahead with the entry and also announce our arrival into the IS market? What do you suggest we do instead? (sits down)

Y/N, who had been closely observing all the proceedings, arose and decided thus:

Gentlemen, I see that our entry is mostly seen as favorable. Yes, we shall go ahead with the entry plans into the market however we will not announce it just yet.

Cybertron Africa regional director (turning to Y/N, shocked): But sir, if we...

Y/N (raising his hand, indicating him to calm down): Yes, I am fully aware of your misgivings about this, but Cybertron needs to still further its potential. Some risks will just have to be taken. Also (now turning to the other regional directors), our entry must be kept secret. We must first take the time to scout out the technology behind the IS, before then proceeding to improve upon it ourselves. We'll want to catch our competitors off-guard when we do actually announce our official entry into the IS market, with the superior product. This is something we've done before, and we can easily do so yet again. That is all for now. We'll all meet again at the next summit.

All the regional directors (now arise, smiling and fully satisfied): Yes, sir. Consider it done.

Everyone else, except for Y/N, exit the hall and begin heading home.

Y/N (signaling for one of the guards to approach him): Inform the head of the security division that all production in all facilities will now be under surveillance. Any lapse will be deemed as totally unacceptable. Tell him that the order comes directly from me.

Guard (salutes): Yes, sir! Consider it done, sir. (runs out of the room to pass on the direct order)

Y/N (smiles slightly, to himself): Now, we just have to wait for the perfect opening to strike.

With that, Y/N exits the hall shortly after, heads to a limousine and heads to the city airport where his private plane awaits to take him home.

As such, nobody outside the company really knows about the secret entry plans Cybertron has just put in place.
