Seijumi's POV
"Seijumi-sama! Seijumi-sama! Seijumi-sama, where are you?!" My lady-servants are yelling outside our hiding spot. Urgh! Why can't they just leave me alone?! Suddenly the door opened with a hard bang. She kept yelling my name but she gave up when she didn't get any reply from me. Why would I even reply to them?!
I giggled and went out of the huge cabinet. "Are you there, Tetsu?" I called out my bestfriend's name and he went out from the comfort room. "Yes, I am." He smiled. A red cat snuggled on my shoes and purred cutely. Tetsu picked him up and rested him on his arms. I am Akashi Seijumi. Daughter and heir of the Akashi Family. This is Kuroko Tetsuro. Son and heir of the Kuroko Family. He is my best friend also. I'll intruduce the others when we see each other again.
We went out sneakily and ran when no one is around. We ended up in the Eden Garden and stopped to catch some fresh air. "Are you.... okay?" I asked since Tetsu really is panting hard and he is carrying a heavy and fury red cat. Oh, by the way, this fluffy cat here is Seiji. I call him that since he really looks like me.
He nodded and release Seiji from his grasps. We walked around the garden with silence occupying the air. It so quiet. Let's see what I can do to start a conversation.
"Tetsu, when will you and your parents go home?" What?! Why that question, Seijumi?!
He stopped on his tracks and looked at me straight to the eye. "Do you want me to leave already? If you want, I'll tell my parents to leave and go home before your coronation as the heir of the Rakuzan Kingdom." He crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow.
"I-I-I-I-I'ts not like that...ummm.... I-I just wanted to know if you will be staying for much longer so that I'll be more happy since I don't any friends in the Rakuzan Kingdom not even the maids." I waved my hands infront of my face and laughed nervously.
"Oh... sorry to scare you." He smiled and hugged me. "If I have just lived in the Rakuzan Kingdom and be with you by your side." I hugged him back.
He pulled from our embrace. His face was filled with concern when he stared at the floor made of bricks. "Let's run, Tetsu." He nodded. Before we could even take a step, we already heard pieces of tiny bricks falling. We panicked but we just stood there not making any noise.
We took a step but the bricks gave up and we fell. We screamed from the top of our lungs and landed on the hard cement of the ground. Ugh! I can hear and feel my bones cracking! Ouch! I better tell my servants to fix the floor by not using bricks!
I heard Tetsuro coughing and groaning. "You still alive, Seijumi?" He lied down and coughed again. Of course, being the stuborn girl I am, I raised my fist like I won a contest and laughed. "Of course! I am tough and hard to beat like my father, right?" He chuckled making me blush. I felt embarrased on what I said. I'm so childish!!!
"Yeah right. If Lord Akashi was here, he would give you a test on beating some of his best warriors." Why a test? Is hug not allowed?
"Nah~ I don't want that to happen." We just laughed and talk, never minding about what happened to us. I looked around when I found some several shimmering stones on the ground. "Tetsu, care to help me?" I called. What are these things? Why are they hidden down here? We wiped off the dust and found some sort of letters.
"What are these?" Tetsu asked nonchalantly. I didn't talk but I just stared at the rocks or should I say.... tombs? Does dad knows about this? I tapped Tetsu's shoulders and whispered something to him then he nodded. We left the stones unidentified and headed straight to the meeting place of the Rakuzan Council.
