Waking Up in the Real World

"Y/N? Y/N? You awake?" A familiar voice calls out to me. I wake up and hear Phobos calling my name. "Wha-what happened?" I say, seeing that I was laying in someone else's bed. "What's going on? Where am I?" I asked, and looking on my right was the one, and only, Director Phobos. "Before you ask any more questions, I need to tell you something. It's something that I've been wanting to tell you for a while." After Phobos says that, he walks closer and sits next to me. "I've wanted to tell you that, I-I like you. I don't like you platonically, I like you romantically. I wasn't sure how to tell you this, but I realized that now was the time I would tell you." Phobos says, his voice soft and steady. I did in fact like him, but I wasn't sure if I was ready to confess. But if I said no, I think that he might hurt me–or worse–kill me. Since I didn't want to get hurt and I liked him, I decided to say, "Woah, I wasn't sure if you liked me or not, but I actually like you too. I think we'd be great together." Next thing I know, I see Phobos take off his bandages around his mouth and he kisses me. It felt amazing to be with Phobos. After that, I told him all about the dream that I had. He was surprised, but glad that it wasn't a nightmare. He would be super protective if I had a nightmare. Anyways, I'm glad that I got that over with, and now we're living the best life that I could ask for!
