This is gonna be my crack at Cyberpunk, have only up to episode 6 of the show planned and plotted out so far. No idea how I'm gonna end it with the show or if I wanna continue it into 2077. If I don't continue it, then enjoy what will likely be my shortest work.

Disclaimer: This does take place in the Cyberpunk universe, warnings for gore, swearing, sexiness, and the emotional drainage of a future dystopia. Just getting that out there.

As always, much appreciation for stopping by. Love y'all.

My father has always made sure that one lesson of his has stuck. Never has he put such emphasis on any other lesson he taught me. Never lose your head.

To him, this has a more literal meaning. He works for MaxTac. The only time he's ever deployed is to take down cyber psychos. He's seen plenty of once strong men degrade into violent monsters who want nothing more than to destroy all that surrounds them. Something that happens more frequently than is openly admitted in Night City.

Picture this, some gonk off the street walks into a ripper doc's office with too small a brain and more eddies than he knows what to do with. He buys some fancy new high level chrome without even attempting to adjust to it. This gonk then ends up killing someone from a rival gang, typical shit. But he didn't see his enemy as human. His mind has already started to eat away at itself.

This smart-fuck now begins forming a belief that these people aren't worth shit. The fucker got hooked on his first taste of blood. They begin killing more and more. Now seeing blood doesn't even strike a single neuron, it's an everyday sight.

They start killing just to see it again. Old buddies, pricks off the street, hell even those same shitty gang members, all of them are now on a hit list. This dumb-fuck just went psycho, and my Dad's off to execute his sorry ass.

However, unlike the freakily regular occurrence that causes him to go on patrol, I'm not doing what most kids my age do in Night City. I go to a preppy little Arasaka sponsored academy, suit school if you wanna be blunt. Where all the worthless little shit-spawn of the suits go to learn how to be like their dear mummy and daddy.

My dear old pops doesn't exactly give a fuck if I get through suit school or not. He sent me there cause the eddies were burnin' a hole in his pocket and wanted me to gain perspective. He said it was up to me whether being a suit was the right life path for me.

So that's why I skipped today, cause my dreams aren't in the same realm as everyone else going there. Arasaka this, rising the ranks that. Fuck these suits with their 8 foot poles up their asses, I'm not about that life.

Not quite sure what I am about just yet, but I sure as shit know it ain't the top or the bottom of that fucked up work chain.

I work for the one and only FastPass shipping and delivery. It's a preemo little company that takes contracts as a 3rd party delivery and mailing service. When a package hits our warehouse, It'll be at your place in 72 or less, no exceptions.

I'm on the Lightspeed Team. As corny as it sounds, I can race my way through all of Night City in 24 hours to deliver you whatever bullshit of yours landed in our warehouse.
