,,Ivory!" Jessica,my girlfriend yelled from the kitchen. ,,What?" I asked and yelled from upstairs  as I was laying comfortable on our bed and read my book. I bought it with Jessica a few days ago at the bookstore. ,,Come downstairs lazy ass" she yelled again.

,,Okayyy" I whined and made my way to our kitchen. ,,There you are my pretty girl" she said, smiling at me. She wrapped her arms around me and spun me around. "Stop it Jessica, I'm getting dizzy!" I said and held my head.

She quickly stopped. ,,I'm sorry baby but I'm just so happy, I can't help it" she shrugged and smiled a big smile at me. ,,Why are you so happy?" I asked her, still holding my head. ,,Because we are going on a picnic today!" She said happily.

,,Can we just stay home?" I asked her and sighed. I really don't want to. I just want to lay in our bed all day and read my book. ,,Nope! You need to get out of this hole, called our house" she chuckled.

,,But-" I tried to say. ,,There's no but! Be ready in 30 minutes my love" She kissed my forehead and with that, she got out of the kitchen. ,,Wow very nice" I groaned.

,,Oh and wear something nice, like a dress or something" she yelled from the bathroom. I groaned again. I hate dresses so much but if it's for her then I'm just going to wear it.

If she's happy, then I'm happy too. So I decided to get ready. 30 minutes later, I was ready to go. I was wearing a white summer dress with red little flowers on them.

Although I didn't like dresses, I thought this looks pretty cute. I think the same thought Jessica when she saw me. ,,You look beautiful my love" She said. Her light brown eyes shone and they held so much love in them.

,,You look also very beautiful" I said and she really did. She wore a tight matcha green dress that matched with her eyes perfectly. ,,Are you ready?" She asks and pulled me into a hug.

,,Yes I'm ready angel" I replied. ,,Perfect, you can get in the car. I'm just going to grab the picnic basket real quick okay?" She said excited. She gave me the car keys and I got in our car.

It was a black jeep, and most of the time Jessica drives us because she had bought it for us. I heard the drivers door being opened and she got in the car. Jessica  placed the picnic basket onto the backseat and then started driving.

After about 5 minutes I started to ask her ,,Where are we going?". She turned to look at me and smiled. ,,It's a surprise, you will like it". After another 10 minutes she finally stopped the car.

We got out of the car and stood infront of a path that looked like one leading to a field. Jessica opened the backseat door and took the picnic basket out, then locked the car.

,,Let's go" she said smiling and grabbed my hand. We were just walking in silence. Not the awkward type of silence but the comfortable silence. Wherever she will take me, I trust her.

She had always good spots for our dates, or whatever do you want to call this now. But that was nothing compared to the other spots we were. ,,Wow Jessica this is amazing" I said and jumped a little, because of how excited I was.

We stood infront of a huge lavender field and the sun was shining. It looked so beautiful, just like her. Her light brown eyes looked even more bright in the sun, if that's even possible.

,,I told you that you're going to like it" she said and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I blushed and couldn't get my eyes off of the field. It was just so beautiful.

,,Let's go find a place to sit and eat" she said grabbing my hand. Then, we ran into the field hand in hand and laughed as we layed on the picnic blanket, trying to catch our breaths.

We found a tree standing alone in the field and there we are laying under it. She put out grapes and we ate some of it. ,,Are you ready for the main meal?" she asked me.

,,Yes" I said excited. She put out some sushi and it really looked amazing. ,,Wow Jessica this is amazing! Did you really made this?" I said impressed. ,,Yes, just for you my darling" she said smiling.

,,Thank you I really appreciate it" I said and gave her a kiss. ,,No problem my love" She said and gave me another kiss. I started eating the sushi an it tasted great. ,,Babe this is amazing!" I said.

,,Thank you" she said. We stayed there until the sun started to set and it looked even more beautiful. ,,It's so pretty" I said amazed. ,,How do you know this place babe?" I asked her.

,,I came here often when I was younger. My father showed me it" she said and I admired her face that looked even more pretty in the late sunglow. ,,What are you looking at?" She asked and chuckled. ,,You" I said and grinned. She started blushing and I kissed her forehead.

We layed on our backs and continued to watch the sunset. We just talked about life and it started to get dark, so we packed our things and walked back to our car. She drove us home and we were both really tired, so we quickly changed into our pajamas.

,,Thank you for that day it was really amazing Jessica" I said and gave her a kiss.
,,No problem my love I really enjoyed it with you today" she said and her eyes looked so lovely.
