Mollie sat in the flat with Lexie. She was getting a coke and clingy. She looked to see Carla as she walked into the flat and frowned as she looked to her mum and smiled

"I take it that court didn't go very well" mollie asked as Carla looked to her and sighed

"I thought it would be easier to get her. I mean she's my daughter and it wasn't my fault that she went into care and I just what her back. I want her back with us where she belongs" Carla said as mollie smiled as she pulled a fussy Lexie onto her chest as she dropped off to sleep

"I know it's hard mum but this wouldn't be easy and you knew it. Look you are doing all that you can to make it work and get Isla back and your a good mum and grandma and you will get her back I mean it's about time don't you think" mollie said as she stood up with Lexie as she placed her into the sofa and wrapped a blanket over her

"I know that your right I just want it to be okay. I just want her home with us" Carla said as Mollie looked to her and smiled

"I know but it will be okay just give it some time" mollie said as Carla looked to her and smiled

Mollie knew how hard it was and she knew that she also wanted Isla back and she wanted everything to be okay

Mollie walked through the street with Lexie as she saw nick and smiled as he walked over to her "how is she?" He asked as mollie handed Lexie to him

"She's got a chest infection. She's sadly slept shes on antibiotics now and hopefully they will work out for her" mollie said

"Why don't I take her for a but I'm her dad and I've missed out in the start of her life and I have to be there for her to and it's my job to look after her too and you could use the rest" he said as she looked to him and smiled

"You don't have too" she said as he placed a hand in her arm and smiled as he looked to her

"I do. I'm her father and it will be okay. Let me help you" he said as she looked to him and smiled. She knew that she was grateful that he was stepping up

Mollie smiled as she walked into the cafe as she saw Isla and smiled

"How are you?" Mollie asked as Isla smiled

"I'm okay. It's just hard I just want to go home with you and mum. I want to be a family" Isla said as mollie looked to her and smiled

"I know it's taking some time. But it will be okay and you'll come home just trust me" she said as Isla nodded. Mollie pulled her into a hug and smiled

Mollie knew that it wasn't easy and she knew that she wanted to make it all work but she had no idea how everything was going to Change
