"Khushi Baby...mumma is c...." he turned towards the car but found it empty. Khushi was no where to be seen.
His breath hitched not finding her in,
"Khushi ! " He called her panicked searching around the car
The road was creepily silent, wind gushing around as the sun was ready to set,
Tears glistened his eyes as he ran back the road calling for her,
" KHUSHI ! "
He called her numerous times but there was no sign of her anywhere, he waved hand through his hair frustrated as he panted for air running around reckless hoping to find her, the surrounding dissolved for him that moment as he collapsed on his knees devastated not finding her around, his mind blank with no thoughts.. Nothing..
The thought of loosing his princess, his lifeline forever was tearing his soul apart, his heart pounding fast in fear as the creepy silence engulfed him
Just when he heard a giggle,
"Khu.. Khushi ! " His heart beated per mile turning around when he saw her standing at a distance with a person whose back was facing Siddharth, he was tickling her stomach as she enjoyed giggling, the person was dressed in black hoodie and pants, his face covered, it was difficult to guess whether it was a lady or a guy,
" KHUSHI ! " Siddharth yelled panicked running towards her, tears already leaking out his eyes, the person stiffened hearing his shout, he kissed khushi's forehead lovingly as he opened her small tiny palm giving her something closing her fist tight as he ran away in woods somewhere
Khushi stared towards the direction where the person ran away just when she was engulfed tightly into Siddharth's arms protectively who collapsed on his knees hugging her tight, his heart beating fast whereas his breath relaxed finding her safe in his arms, he closed his eyes breathing heavily engulfing her tighter, he was still shivering in fear just when Avneet arrived with her Car,
"What's wrong? " She tensed up seeing Siddharth's face stained with tears as she locked the Car stepping out
"Why where you talking with that person! " Siddharth yelled holding her shoulders, she flinched on his tone, it was the first time her daddy was scolding her
"I.. I don't talk.. " She replied in a croaked voice
"How many times have I told you not to go anywhere with anyone, then why you left the car ! " He yelled again but this time louder ,
"Siddharth ! What's wrong? " Avneet panicked seeing him so furious
Khushi bursted into tears running towards Avu, she hugged Avneet tight,big fat drops leaking her eyes as Avneet picked her up in her arms, Siddharth inhaled deeply closing his eyes,
" Haven't we told her not to talk with strangers! "He shouted again , Khushi cried more snuggling into Avneet's chest
" Stop shouting! You are scaring her! "Avneet yelled panicked rocking khushi back and forth but she wasn't calming down, her sobs were increasing more
" Princess.. Don't cry..! "Avneet tried to calm her down but she was scared, for the first time she was scared of her Dad.
Avneet exhaled sharply gazing Siddharth disappointed who gritted his teeth angry walking towards his Car.
